Purchased the walnut acoustic panels after searching through many, many sites. Most didn’t deliver to Northern Ireland and the few that did were charging £50 delivery on top of the price of the panels, which were double and more the price of Panel Hub. Delivery to Northern Ireland…£25. The product itself, as an enthusiast DIYer, these were straight forward to install, I used Tec7 bonding and I am delighted with the end result. I have told my family and friends how good a deal this was and how good a product is was to work with. Thinking of my next project now….would definitely purchase again⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Still waiting on my delivery — was due yesterday, then told today between 12–1pm. It’s now hours later and no sign, no update, no communication. Completely unacceptable service. If you can’t deliver when promised, at least keep customers informed. Won’t be ordering again.
From placing the order and getting a quick response telling me when delivery would be due to the actual delivery driver who went above and beyond I cannot fault panel hub. Really happy with the boards and will deffo recommend and use again. A refreshing change dealing with a good company
Great customer service. When you order you receive a call to confirm with an expected delivery timeframe. Delivery was super super quick and the drivers were very friendly. I then received a call to check I received my items. I ordered 6 Walnut panels and the installation silicone. One of the panels was a little damaged but only at the end and I was able to cut it off when cutting to wall size. I also didn’t inform the company for this reason but given the great service provided throughout I can only imagine they would have resolved any issues I had. The panels look amazing and the wallnut effect looks really nice.
Lovely panels, and seem to be well made. I’ve not put them up yet but can’t wait to get them in place. Delivery was quicker than I thought it would be and the driver called a couple of time to let me know when he would arrive. Great service and I’ll will definitely use them again
