Great panels for the price.The only negative is the company's lack of keeping you informed. My delivery wasn't within their stated 7 to 10 working days. On the 12th working day I had to contact them to find out if my order was on its way or if they were actually waiting for stock. All I received was an apology for the delay which they couldn't understand why it had happened. Later the same day, I then received a text stating the delivery date would be 12-11-25.This was the 16th working day since ordering. Perhaps the delay was the fact I live in Hampshire and they were waiting for more orders before heading down this way? Maybe, maybe not?I feel that the company could do more to keep customers informed once its reaches the 7th working day from ordering, especially if deliveries can vary depending on what part of the country you live in.The delivery driver did call me when he was about 20mins away. Email sent from Panel Hub 30mins before arrival.
I had complained of an early 6am delivery form panel hub, After communicating with the team they accept it was unacceptable and have promised to revise their delivery policy as they agree the delivery at this time was unacceptable. My dealings make me feel they will put this right in the future.
