This was my second order from panelHub first order was great and loved the colour. However the second order came as I needed an extra panel due to a mistake, I didn’t go far enough down when ordering to see that if it’s a repeat order for the same colour you need to email panel hub to confirm the colour. As it states may have a slight variation, I didn’t think this would be a huge problem, due to work commitments I didn’t receive a missed call and the voicemail came through late asking about the shade of panel the next day it has already been dispatched so I was unable to rectify this. When it arrived it didn’t look to dissimilar it was only when cut to size and next to the old ones there is a significant colour change not slight. Sadly I have contacted the team at panelHub and as it’s been cut they have excepted it’s very different shade but are unable to offer any solution. For that reason I wouldn’t not buy again and would recommend anyone who is buying reads through everything as they will not budge. Also order more than you need because the shades are completely different event though they are ment to be the same colour.
