Came across them via a FB advertisement. Checked them out on Tpilot and companies house. Took a chance as the prices were so good. Really glad I did. I ordered from the site and received a call later that day confirming order and a delivery for the following week. I received a message the following week from the delivery company and was given a day and 2 hour slot. The guys were friendly and carried them into the hallway for me. 8 panels plus edging top quality. Highly recommended
Ordered on the 6th November & given a delivery date for the following week. No delivery & only when I chased I was told they had a vehicle breakdown & the delivery was being returned to depot. The returned item was then sent out to a different customer & customer service explained there would be a further delay. Now being told delivery won’t be till the end of December. Really disappointing customer service, only positive is they refunded my delivery charge.
From ordering online, to receiving a courtesy call a little while later to confirm all details of our order, to the delivery at the door, all was fantastic.The panels are just great!, well packaged and delivery is prompt. Communication is fantastic, always kept updated.So happy with our first order of panels that we promptly ordered again for another room, with delivery a day earlier than planned… bonus.Great work Panel Hub! Great product & Superb customer service. Had a really good experience purchasing 10 dark oak panels from Panel Hub. Ordering was easy and had excellent communication from agents. Delivery was within 5 days and had tracking information and the delivery guys were really helpful. Really pleased and the panels look fantastic in my sitting room!
After being let done by another wall panel supplier, we found Panel Hub.Not only was Panel Hub cheaper, they offered a quick delivery service. When the panels were delivered, the driver was very polite and helpful. We have now fitted the panels and they look great.If we require any other panels or other home improvement items, we’ll certainly use Panel Hub again.
