It was so easy to order, came within the week. Now I wasn't expecting them to be as good quality as some of the high end retailers due to the price but these are infact amazing quality and worth every penny, we will definitely be ordering more. Absolute bargain 👌🏻
The panels are nice, delivery was good, however, the overpowering smell formaldehyde or other preservative chemicals is taking a long time to gas off. This is making it difficult for me to use the room I have put the panels in.
After paying for a delivery on a Wednesday I was informed Wednesday morning that the delivery date had changed to the Friday due to a driver shortage, so a second day off work, on the Friday was booked I received a phone call @ 6.55 am on the Friday informing me my panels were out side my next door neighbours house & after signing for them was left to take in my home on my own …
Amazing quality panels! I was at first sceptical about ordering from this company as I hadn’t heard off it before and they are offering these panels at a literally unbeatable price! However I scanned through reviews and all the other social media accounts i could find of them and took the plunge! These panels did not disappoint B&Q are selling these exact same panels for 200% more which is just insanity. Panels took about 9 days to come which I think was really good considering the price . On ordering I got an email and also a quick courtesy call from a friendly girl who worked for the company letting me know they had received my order and that they were preparing it for dispatch . I thought wow they really do go above and beyond to put you at ease . I got a text from my delivery driver prior to delivery informing me a date and time of delivery . Plus a message on the day when he was 20 minutes away . The communication was like nothing I’ve ever had before , they really genuinely care about their customers . When the panels arrived they did not disappoint luxury quality without your eyeballs being ripped out and super easy to install. I can’t thank panel hub enough for this product I shall be buying more for downstairs (it’s even drowned out the noise from my next door neighbour which is added bonus ) can’t wait to purchase to revamp my living room and also add soundproofing in the process . Thank you!
Ordered 11 panels at a very good price took 10 days for me to receive them but was really pleased with the quality. The delivery driver carried them into my house, he was a friendly courteous person quick and efficient, I had no problems with this company and will be using them again in the near future
