Good quality product at a great price. Communication was excellent; we had to bring forward the delivery date as we were going away, and this was done immediately and without fuss. Nice to be able to speak to a real person on the phone to get it sorted. Would use again. Only small issue was with tracking the delivery and the tracking site showing inaccurate information, but the delivery driver messaged directly and we could arrange for it to be left in a safe place.
I have just received my panels and the quality is superb but the main reason for this review is due to the communication, not only was i constantly receiving emails regarding my order and delivery I was also contacted by phone, the delivery was smooth with an allocated time slot and a call from the driver on the day.
Great service from start to finish and the panels I received are great, especially at such a low price. I received regular updates on my order and delivery and they were delivered exactly when they were scheduled to. Chris the driver was really friendly and kept me updated on his progress throughout the delivery day. Plus he helped me into the house with my order. Can’t fault Panel Hub at all and I’ll definitely use them again. Thank you
Only just received part of my order still waiting for the finishing end trims. Panels seem good quality but I was disappointed with how they were packaged (they weren’t) could have easily been damaged in transit. Just covered in polythene. I think maybe the packaging could be improved.
I ordered the wrong colour emailed them within 24 hours the were in touch by both email and phone the Rectified my mistake and swapped them to right colours the costumer relations were polite and understanding wholly recommend them thank you so much
