Ordered 11 panels at a very good price took 10 days for me to receive them but was really pleased with the quality. The delivery driver carried them into my house, he was a friendly courteous person quick and efficient, I had no problems with this company and will be using them again in the near future
Absolute waste of time and money. I placed an order and paid for by using my credit card.My card was then used by the company to charge me £54 for someone else's order. The money was then refunded when I complained.I wanted to return some of the unsed, still warraped in its original packaging, but was asked to pay £50 for return pick up. (They advertise free return).I paid £50 and the items were collected. I had to chase for a refund which was issued after nearly 2 weeks but they deducted £54 from the balance as there account shows a previous refund of £54 charged by them in error and then refunded.I am trying to get hold of then via phone ( no one answering and the voice mail box is full, not taking anymore messages) sent half a dozen emails with no response. I now planning to file a complaint to the trading standard and my credit card company for such a terrible experience.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️ (UPDATE)Following my review on trust pilot, I have now recieved my refund.
From start of order to delivery kept updated with phone calls text and emails great company to deal with had no issues what so ever just friendly employees keeping you up to date by calling you which I think is a great touch as I have never received a call to tell me They have received the order and also to check that the delivery went ok. Great touches company going above and beyond
A pleasantly pleasant experience.The website was easy to use, the price was competitive and the customer service is some of the best I’ve ever received. I got a welcome call after placing my order, which was a blessing. I’d accidentally ordered the wrong colour, which the CS team quickly rectified. Delivery was also very quick. Very happy - I’m yet to put the panels up, but I envisage ordering more in the very near future. Thanks Panel Hub team 👏
I bought 18 of these, the quality is terrible & I would say some were damaged in transit because a couple of the boxes were damaged. My carpenter did the best he could & because it’s behind bits of furniture & plants the result is ok. They were in the sale at £25 per board, had I paid full price at £100 each I would have definitely returned them.
