Great service and easy to order. Courtesy call received the very next day after ordering the panels to confirm the product. Processed the order the same day. Confirmation received via email/text message. Delivery also confirm same day for delivery. Goods ordered friday and received on Monday. The lady on the phone was really polite, courteous and very helpful. Driver called before delivery was on time. Panels well packed with no damage. Great service definitely recommend this company.
Will never buy from again. I ordered 2 colours of panels in different quantities. One of the colours arrived fine, but the other arrived in 2 wrong colours and the wrong quantity. I made Panel Hub aware of the issue within half an hour of delivery. I was told that I should have the correct panels delivered within a couple of days. A week and a half later, I was due to receive the correct panels on Sunday. At midday on Sunday, I was called to say they wouldn't be coming that day (surely this would have been known before delivery day?) and that they will be there on Thursday, I was promised they would be there on Thursdsy. Thursday came and went, no panels received. Due to this, I had been offered a £24.99 refund for being messed around. To make it clear, I had already received 2 small refunds due to the previous issues experienced. When I was offered the latest £24.99 refund, I even double checked that it will be made, even though I have previously had refunds. The lady I spoke to double checked and came back with yes, on top of previous refunds. The panels arrived the following day on Friday (not happy with them either as 3 of the panels have been damaged on the corners). I called to chase my additional refund to be told 'oh, we weren't aware of your previous refund, so we're not going to give you this one'. I told them to listed to the call where I told the advisor that I made them aware of the previous refunds and that it was promised the additional refund would be made. They have stuck by not refunding me, as promised. All for the sake of £24.99, this company is prepared to break promises made to customers. They messed up my delivery, panels have been damaged, so all in all, would not touch this company again with a barge pole.UpdateThe refund offered has now been given. Doesn't change everything else that happened so im not going to get rid of that, but happier to provide more positive feedback after a better experience.
From start to finish, very easy process, delivery was fast, and the delivery guys were fantastic doing all the lifting.Panels themselves are really good quality much heavier than I expected with felt back, they look great and look exactly the same I looked at at 3 x the price.Went on the wall so easy 1 x tube of PinkGrip per panel, the saw did struggle a little with the felt back as it’s pretty thick.100% recommend, definitely be ordering more, thank you.
Really good customer service from beginning to end! Recived email confirmation and a call to say my order had been received and we would get a message with delivery date. Panels delivered (it's an all day delivery) with absolutely no issues. Panels good quality and value 👌 now up and looking great.
This is a company I would recommend without hesitation. After placing my order, I received a confirmation email, a courtesy call, and a confirmed delivery date. The panels were delivered exactly as promised. Following the delivery, I discovered that some of the panels were very slightly damaged. However, their response was immediate and we were able to reach an amicable solution. This exceptional level of service, along with their highly competitive pricing, makes them a company I would confidently use again. I have them in 2 rooms now and I absolutely love how they look!
From start to finish, the personal touch was there! Emily phoned me the morning after I placed the order (Sunday night I placed order) and updated me every step of the way. Our delivery was to NI and very reasonable it was too. The driver made the experience even more pleasant by stopping with us at a more convenient time later in the day (after attempting an early morning slot) and was genuinely happy to do so. Hats off for service. Now, the panels! Absolutely top quality it’s acoustic panels thick and strong behind a beautiful deep walnut panel batons. I can’t say how impressed I am and I will be ordering again this evening for my home (this delivery is going into a radio studio). Not only are these panels seriously worth the price, but the personal touch I experienced has made me want to order more. I might do the whole house 😂
