I've ordered from this company 3 times, the last order contained a faulty item. I wrote asking for a replacement 2 days after receiving the item, and waiting 14 days for delivery, to be told they could do nothing as it was a 30 day returns/refund system!! Since when did 16days equate to 30? Chinese conmen!
AVOID AND BE CAREFUL on Google search they put them above Pandora, the site I was actually searching for.

Absolutely Disappointed! No Stars for This Experience!

I am extremely frustrated! My husband purchased charms for both my daughter and me for our bracelets, but we never received them. After reaching out to the delivery service, we discovered there was an issue on their end, which we resolved. However, they informed us that they wouldn't proceed with the delivery despite our repeated inquiries. The delivery company advised us to request a refund from the seller, but they are refusing to issue one! I will be reporting this to my bank as a fraudulent transaction since we never received our order! AVOID THIS SELLER! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Disappointing experience with a gift

I purchased a charm bracelet for my wife for Christmas, but it was broken when she opened it. Since it was over the 30-day return period, I couldn't get a replacement or repair. All I received was a generic response suggesting I buy another. I would strongly advise against using this company.

Not a legitimate US or UK company. Ships from China. Delivery takes forever.

This is not a legitimate US or UK company; they ship from China and the delivery takes an eternity. I ordered some charms for my wife's charm bracelet as a stocking stuffer over three weeks before Christmas. At checkout, it indicated delivery would be within 7-11 working days. Now it's Christmas Eve, and the tracking shows the package only left China on 20/12/2025. There's no sign of my order, and I'm very disappointed. The company presents itself as a US business, but that's misleading. Furthermore, when I try to access their website for contact details to file a complaint or request a refund, my antivirus software blocks it, labeling it as a malicious site. I feel scammed and disheartened. A strong warning to anyone considering a cheaper alternative to similar products: steer clear of this seller. It's baffling how this questionable company appears at the top of search results for related products. And how can you tell they're not reputable? Just look at the irrelevant, AI-generated responses they give to negative reviews on review platforms.

Unsatisfactory service and long delivery times.

Unsatisfactory service from the company, as they denied my cancellation request after the order was placed. The delivery timeframe is significantly longer than what was indicated on their website. I contacted the delivery service to inquire about the parcel and was informed that my order is expected to arrive at their depot soon, suggesting they might be drop shipping the items. I would advise against using this company.

Complete Scam Alert!

This is definitely a scam. They are simply dropshipping low-cost products while attempting to present their advertisements and website as something premium, charging outrageous prices. I found all the charms and bracelets listed on other platforms for just a fraction of the cost. When I tried to cancel my order, they refused and insisted that I must return it, but the parcel will be turned away at the door. I spent over £100 for items worth only £10.

Very disappointing experience with the service.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. I ordered a red bracelet, but the delivery was unsuccessful — and despite this, I still haven’t received a refund. Their customer support is incredibly slow, unhelpful, and not focused on customer needs. Every reply takes a long time, and when they finally respond, they don’t actually resolve anything. At this stage, the entire process feels like a scam. I highly advise steering clear of this company. Don’t waste your time and money!

SCAM - poor quality, bad service

The delivery was very slow and product arrived damaged. I ordered a bracelet charm with crystal, they were of very poor quality, some of them come out and some look like they are not there. Customer service said they’ll send a replacement however, almost a month has passed and I have not received anything. When I requested a refund and said I just want to return the item they said I have to pay for shipping. In the instructions they provided not a commercial address but someone’s home address in China. Although on their website it says if it’s their fault they should be covering the return cost. Very unprofessional and terrible service, feels like a scam to me. DO NOT purchase from their website!!!

Never buy jewellery from this company it's not as pictured and when sent back for a refund they refused as they say they never received.Total lies and mis information, will never buy from again BE VERY AWARE WHAT YOUR BUYINGEven there reply is a total lie, they haven't looked into it, keep asking me to do it
