ORDER #1125341363 teach your drivers that are getting a 10 dollar tip/fee for one pizza how to use their gps // went 15 minutes out of the way because they don't know SOUTHWEST means something / and the pizza was not only cold, but disgusting as well / never again.

Never again

If I could rate zero stars I would. The staff was civil but the pizza is so gross and soggy, and brittle. I used to love this place but now this should be called "Cràppa John's". Last time we got pizza from there, the pizza literally looked brittle. When I took a bite, the entire slice collapsed. It was wet at a point to where you can't eat it, as if someone spat on it. Threw it all away immediately. The Pizza Hut at my local Target has way better pizza than this. Their commercials are cringe too. This is why we go to Little Caesars, at least THEY know how to cook a pizza. Domino's and Pizza hut are better alternatives also. Never again will I eat at Papa John's. What a load of BS.Location is 3332 Villa Point 110 Ste 110, Owensboro, KY 42303 (or 42301)

All we wanted was dinner for the family …

You would not believe what happened this evening when jeff went to pick up our dinner.What was supposed to be a relaxing night at home watching movies and eating pizza, started out with a call to alabaster police department. Jeff went to Papa Johns Pizza in alabaster, Store #696565 1ST ST N., Alabaster, AL 35007, to pick up our pizza. He called me as he was getting in the car from picking up our order to confirm that we only ordered two pizzas because we typically order three. I explained that I ordered three and told him that I would send him a screenshot of the order. Jeff didn’t know that he didn’t hang up the phone so I was on the phone listening. He went back inside to tell the guy who gave jeff our order that he was given someone else’s order. Jeff put the pizza on the counter and said “I’m glad I called my wife, I think you gave me the wrong order, we ordered three pizzas”. Jeff said that the employee picked up the top pizza and said, Is she Melanie? this Is your order. I could hear jeff say, look at my phone here is the order.  The employee didn’t want to hear that he had given us someone else’s order and that all jeff wanted was the pizza that we ordered and paid $58 for. He was yelling for jeff to get the “F$&@ out of his store” and kept cursing at him. Jeff kept telling him no and was trying to show him the order so that we would get the correct pizzas. I literally had to call 911 to tell them that my husband was being screamed at and confronted by this employee because my husband was given the wrong pizza and wanted the correct pizza. The police came, jeff was calm, which they noted before they even went into papa John’s to see what was going on. The employee had called 911 on my husband because he came back inside to get our pizzas and return the ones we were given. The employee confronted the police and immediately got irrational and confrontational. It was a completely insane situation. We will not be going back to that Papa John’s ever again. The officer took a report because he said this was the craziest thing. The officer knew that something was was wrong when the manager was rude to them and Jeff was calm. Hopefully the corporate office will pull the video from the camera behind the counter. I can’t imagine the owner of this franchise knows how his employees treat their customers.

My boyfriend decided to order two pizza's for both of us, late at night. When we checked the uber eats app for about 40 minutes after taking the order. We (only) read that the restaurant was closed on the app. So we began checking on the internet and it was open in one location. So we decided to call them to make sure our order was still going to be made. It was already 23.00 when we ordered. At 00.00 still no update. After no clue about our order, I decided to make a call. At first it was a normal conversation. But the tone and attitude switched very quickly when I asked about the order that was made. The man reacted very grumpy. He only replied very short and abruptly. His answer was to simple, the pizzas would be done in 15 minutes. We both noticed that he wanted to brush me of. 'Cause he didn't even ask about wich order I was talking about. Or the name of my boyfriend.And he rudely ended the conversation very demeaning. Just an angry yes and bye. I was flabbergasted so I kept quiet. But this is outrageous. I'm never going to order here ever again. They already made a big mistake with a previous order for my boyfriend!This is the last time that I'm taking this from them.
