Wish I’d seen these ratings before ordering the worst pizza and customer service I’ve probably ever experienced! Never order from Kings Lynn Papa Johns!Ordered a pizza online. No estimate time given so was prepared to wait and followed the tracker. After 45 mins it said it was cooked and then suddenly updated by the store to say It was with me and had been delivered. Pretty instant and I thought maybe a glitch so I’ll wait 15 mins. Nothing arrived. I phoned the store. Spoke to the most useless employee ever. Gave my address and post code and he repeated back random road names. I said I’d give him the order number. He didn’t listen. Then said my pizza will be with me in 5 mins. Wasn’t impressed.Pizza gets delivered. Stone cold. Poor toppings. In fact it’s an insult to even call it food and a pizza. Asked delivery driver why it had been sitting for 45 mins after being cooked. He replied ‘we were busy’ and got back in his car and drove off.Called the store again to complain and spoke to the same useless server to get a refund. Was told to wait until after 9pm when a manager was going to call back. I said no please do it now. He refused and said two managers were in later and they would call. Lo and behold no call. I submitted a complaint online and told the store were investigating. Days later get a reply from Papa Johns customer service with the usual poor copy and paste saying sorry we didn’t provide good service but rather than refund you for not having quality food and service, here is a free medium pizza code. Like I am ever going to order from this store or Papa Johns again when this is their approach to customer service, how they allow stores to under perform and managers who cannot take responsibility or accountability for poor standards. Awful. Needless to say I replied saying I won’t be taking them up on their offer of another cold, poor quality topping pizza (oh yes I ordered extra chicken - and for that you get 10 very small pieces of chicken slung on). No wonder Papa Johns has such a poor rating. Still - we can only hope they go out of business soon. My advice - go to a better quality and standards pizza place like Dominoes. I’ve never had an issue with them and wish I’d never given this place a try. And no - never got a refund. Poor poor service.

This was hands down the worst Italian food. I've ever ordered here. As we've attempted to go to the restaurant several times and there were so many people. We were thrilled that there was no waiting liperiod, but then came the food period ham and peas. The fettuccine with ham peas. Shrimp was horrific. The noodles were almost straight out of the box. They were hard not El bente hard and the sauce was like water. I thought the water that was on the clams was bad. I know it was supposed to be a butter and garlic sauce but it was just like eating a bowl of soup. I do not know how my husband got through it. Like a pre se salad you know what? It's not even what I would consider a caprese sale in any way shape or form. I would almost suggest no I would suggest get better basil. There was no flavor to the base of whatsoever and if you're gonna just drizzle something with Olive oil, then don't bother to call it a caprese salad because there were no herbs, no spices except what was on top of the. Olives which I'm pretty sure either came out of a jar or can complete disappointment. Start to finish the only saving Grace that you have is the younger brunette waitress that took carobots. She is the only thing that remember seeing was an older white lady carrying a tray of food. Her hair was to her shoulders. And she reached up. And white spittle that was coming down the side of her mouth off with her hand and then turned around and took the dish. And placed it in front of the customer. I thought I was going to die. I'm not coming back to your restaurant too much. Hype too much hype. I've never seen the sauce for clams. Because water down is what this was I'm telling you. It was like eating clam soup with shells. The fettuccine chicken peas and ham. Was complete water.It wasn't until this morning that there was any kind of thickening of t.He sauce, we won't be back.We had our choice to go to your restaurant or go to carrabba's.Next time it will be carrabba's.It's really worth the drive

I asked to speak to a manager and the girl who made the pizza came down to the table. When I asked where was the topping on my pizza. She told me that it was company policy not to put toppings on the middle of the pizza. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager. Then a assistant manger arrived and he told me the same. What a joke. I have never ever heard so much rubbish. I never the likes of it. I said to him your photos of your pizzas are full of toppings why was mine sent with hardly anything on it. All we could taste was tomato sauce and bread. He said sorry there is nothing I can do. It's company policy... Shame on you Papa John's... Also you need to train your staff in hygiene too. The same girl that was making the pizzas was cleaning her station, sweeping the floor and taken up the dirt with a sweeping pan and brush. Then she proceeded to make someone's pizza but didn't wash her hands. Disgraceful. I have eaten in many of your restaurants. Tallaght, monread, ardkeen, portlaoise and Waterford city and I HAVE Never seen the likes of this. So miserable they should be ashamed of themselves. Pack of robbers!! I paid €26 for this... Massively overcharged, ripped off. I ordered 4 pizzas last night. I used the deal on their website for 2 large one-topping pizzas for $22.99. I ordered 4 pizzas. 3 had stuffed crust, which I knew would come with an upcharge of $4/pizza. Instead of $26.99 and $30.99, I was charged $32.16 and $42.16. Two of the pizzas were plain cheese. One was pepperoni, one had mushrooms. It is assumed a pizza comes with cheese, so the inevitable argument from Papa John's that the charges were for having 'additional' toppings doesn't hold up. Not to mention, which topping cost me an additional $12?! According to my receipt, the two pizzas I was charged $42.16 for was the cheese pizza and the pepperoni pizza. There's no excuse for this. They owe me $24, not including the taxes, or additional tip we gave due to being overcharged, and on mother's day of all days. The one day I shouldn't have to cook and was looking forward to a break. They also failed to deliver my bottle of Dr. Pepper, just to add insult to injury. I will not be ordering from them again.
