Review Time
Called the store to ask for half pepperoni half back on and the guys said no . Because it was a n uber order he also hung up on me it was the eglington and confereration store . Then they sent me an open 2 l bottle of pop in the bag with a puddle the dips were swimming in it , the pizza was horrible, cold , barely any toppings , hardly any cheese . Cardboard! Never order from them . Garbage. Nasty I am not joking!

On 12/31/2024 we ordered food online through store 2684. We received another customer's order instead. We attempted to call the store, but they would not answer the phone. We contacted customer service online, who also was unable to contact the store. Customer service then stated they would send a gift card to us as a refund. They did not and have since denied they agreed to do so. I guess Shaq decided he need an extra $43.067

If I wanted pizza without tomato sauce and with paper thin dried out pepperoni, I would go to Dominos! I thought for a while my local Papa John's was maybe training new employees who couldn't get it right. But now, with a simple google search, I see it's actually their national BUSINESS MODEL!For years I didn't mind paying for the most expensive pizza around because it was thick, moist, had fresh vegetables and meats, the sauce was the foundation of the delicious flavor and frankly, it was just better pizza.But now they're sending me this tasteless dried up ridiculous excuse for a pizza! Nope. After last night's order, we're done until they fix this mess.

We ordered 2 pizzas and an order of boneless chicken wings. This was by far the worst pizza we've ever had, and I don't even have words for the chicken. We ended up throwing everything in the trash. What a waste of money. FYI...something has to be really, really bad for me to take time out of my day to write a review. This was really, really bad. Never again.
