Customer Services very helpful at returns though you do have to pay for it. Shame they don't automatically supply return label (why do Companies always assume you have a printer?) No QR code supplied either. I've always been size Medium but ordered Large to take account of more jumpers and my slightly expanding waist line. Large in this style of jacket is a size 12. I had to order size XLarge which is size 14 and now fits. If you're any bigger than a size 14 you apparently don't exist in Halkon jackets.
Luke at the Fort William store did a brilliant Job telling me how the material worked in comparison to cortex shells which I'm used to. It's certainly new to me and look forward to putting the jacket to the test. Have a feeling itl be between taking the jacket with a small down up hills for winter summit camps and not my big puffer, or the big puffer and a gortex. Ether or. Look forward to testing it. Not sure yet if itl be my go to bbut I'm keen to try. I'll do a good youtube review on my youtube channel which is. Go Summit Solo. Itl appear in my winter camps for sure
What an amazing experience. Andy was so knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me time to try on various coats and advised on the best fit for the hills and safest coat. As well as the paramo coat I brought a Gillet for survival bag. Excellent experience thank-you
The Scottish guy who works in the store at Keswick was very patient with both myself and especially my husband as we decided on what to buy. We both had Paramo gilet's that we wanted to trade in for recycling and upgrade some of our kit. A very positive experience and great advice. I had ordered a Velez Evo smock from the Fort William store but hadn't properly checked how it would fit me before hand. After trying it on when it arrived it was definitely a little snug on me. I reached out to the folks in Ft. Bill and they couldn't have been more helpful - I managed to exchange my jacket for a size up, absolutely delighted with what I've got!Zero hassle from start to finish, quick uptake on queries and handling.
