Andy in the Keswick branch was extremely helpful. He made sure I was fitted properly with the correct size jacket to allow room for walking with poles and with a backpack. He also went to the trouble of phoning other branches to locate the jacket in the colour and size I wanted. Excellent service.
I visited the Keswick shop to see the Páramo products on offer. The shop had every jacket in all different sizes. Andy was very helpful in finding out what I was going to use the jacket for and suggesting a suitable one. He was very knowledgeable and took me through the washing and re proofing process.
