The lack of professionalism is concerning, and the treatment of candidates during interviews is uncomfortable. There appears to be favoritism, contributing to their poor reputation. For a more professional experience, I strongly advise seeking alternatives.
While searching for a job, I found an advert for an ‘Entry Level Grad Scheme’ and applied with my skills. After a call, I learned it was a SALES position, which was not mentioned earlier. I attended a phone interview and was invited to an assessment centre where the staff were enthusiastic and helpful. However, I faced confusion as multiple representatives reached out with opportunities, often unaware of each other's communications. After interviews, I received little feedback and had to chase for updates. The focus seems to be more on numbers rather than matching candidates with suitable roles. I do not recommend this recruitment agency; many successful applicants I know have also not been placed.
