Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs – car withheld, keys lost, and no communicationWe had a terrible experience with this company at Heathrow. After a long flight, we waited over two hours for our car to be returned, only to be told they had lost the key. Later, after speaking with a "manager", we were informed that they had the key but had locked the car in a compound, claiming they had the wrong return date on file.We were left stranded and had no option but to pay for a cab home. They promised the car would be returned the next morning, but we have since received no communication whatsoever. To make matters worse, the company has blocked our calls, and we are now considering involving the police to report the theft of our vehicle.This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and distressing. Do not use this company under any circumstances.

If I could give half a star

If I could give half a star - it would be too much!I booked Park at Airport / Parking4You for my trip from Heathrow through a comparison site, and it turned into an absolute nightmare.After leaving my car and keys at their so-called “secure” site (Holiday Inn Heathrow M4 J4), I later received a Parking Charge Notice for that same car park — while I was away and they had full custody of my vehicle.They failed to register my car correctly with the hotel’s parking system, ignored over 40 phone calls when I tried to get picked up on return, and were completely unreachable when I tried to resolve it.It took weeks of chasing, multiple formal complaints, and help from Citizens Advice before the situation was finally corrected — by other companies, not them.If you value your time, sanity, and money, avoid this company completely. They are unreliable, unresponsive, and operate in a way that leaves customers vulnerable to fines and stress.

I have just received a fine for £100 as my car was parked by this company in a carpark that needed a permit. I have appealed it and hoping I won’t need to pay. I am beyond words.

OUR CAR WAS STOLEN!

🚨 WARNING – AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS 🚨Our car was stolen while in the care of Park At Airport Ltd and their behaviour since has been nothing short of disgraceful.When we returned to Heathrow, we spent hours trying to contact them. Between 22:00 and 23:30 we made over 40 calls, most of which were cancelled by the company. When we finally got through, we were given a series of inconsistent stories – first that our car was locked in a unit they didn’t have keys for, then that they had lost our car key. The following morning, the manager told us the car “hadn’t been stolen” but that they didn’t want to “ruin our holiday” by telling us the truth. Hours later, they suddenly changed their story and claimed the car had been stolen.Since then, their response has been appalling:No response for weeks to our calls and emails.Refusal to provide insurance details.Incredibly rude behaviour – my wife was laughed at down the phone when asking for help.Completely untrustworthy – their accounts keep changing and they have shown zero accountability.On top of this, it is clear their reputation is artificially inflated. Their high ratings on comparison sites are padded with fake reviews – our experience shows the reality is very different.This is not just poor service – it is a company that should never be trusted with your vehicle. If you value your car, your money, and your peace of mind, do not use Park At Airport Ltd.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I left my washed and clean car with this company. On my return was told I need to wait 1+ hour for my car. When I did eventually get to my car, it had a half drunken Pepsi can left in it, every single car mat was filthy. (I had traveled alone and my car was freshly washed). People have been sitting and smoking in my car. The car stank of cigarettes and the whole interior from back to front was covered in cigarette ash. They have blocked my number and have not yet responded to any of my emails. Pay extra money and use a reliable trustable company not these unprofessional, rude, incompetent and inconsiderate people. This company is shambles, just a load of foreign men full of lies and not a care in the world. Would not recommend at all. Can not be trusted.

Do not use this Company

Do not use this Company. We rang to be collected as informed on the paperwork. They said to go to the collection point and they would be with us in 40-45 minutes and the driver would then ring us to tell us exactly which place to stand and meet him. Nobody rang. We kept ringing and the original phone we rang then kept going straight to answerphone we left messages as we were concerned our car had been stolen and still no one picked up the phone. After waiting for 1 hour 30mins with two ill people we managed to make our own way back to the Holiday Inn carpark (at our extra cost)at Heathrow (which they must rent for drop off) where we had dropped off the car. The men were there and thank god our car was too. They work out of the back of a van we told the man how terrible his service was and he really didn't care. We don't know where our car was parked probably a field as it came back covered in dirt. Also they add a charge of £6.00 for the dropping off and £6.00 for collection which you have to pay when you are dropped off. They provide a disgraceful service and if you want to arrive on time to catch your plane or get home quickly after a day travelling do not use the Company.

Terrible Experience

When we dropped the car I was concerned when I saw them working out the back of a van. No office.We then got into the minibus to take us to the airport and they clearly had one more person in the bus than they legally should.On arrival back at Heathrow we waited for over an hour to be collected and no one showed. I kept calling and the company kept saying the bus was stuck at another terminal. In the end we had to order a uber back to the Holiday Inn to retrieve our car. We were told that we would be refunded the uber fare which I have never received. There was also a hidden £6 transfer cost either way added on the parking costs.I think the way they do it is that they probably don't collect anyone and so everyone has to get a taxi/uber.Holiday Inn should be ashamed to have these con artists in their car park and so should Compare the Market and Heathrow. Don't use them. Awful experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Absolutely shocking service. I left my car with Park At Airport Ltd (who work out of the back of a van in a Holiday Inn car park, crammed full of cars bumper to bumper) while I was away, only to come back and find a parking fine issued during that time — at a different address to their car park. This means they had been using my car without permission. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and a total breach of trust. Avoid this company at all costs.I have reached out to them twice regarding this matter and have received no response. I am currently in the process of pursuing this further.
