Regret not reading reviews beforehand

I wish I had read the reviews before using this service. It clearly has a questionable setup, and they failed to pick us up from the airport, leaving me to chase a refund for the taxi we had to take. DO NOT USE; book directly through the airport.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE! I booked airport parking through a specific website and had one of the worst experiences imaginable. After booking, they provided an address, but upon arrival, there was no sign of the service or parking lot. I called, and they claimed I was at the wrong location. A staff member then sent me a different address nearby, which turned out to be an untrustworthy parking lot with no office or signage. They asked me to leave my keys 'in case of fire,' which made no sense. Upon my return, I discovered they had moved my vehicle without permission. When I questioned this, they admitted it was because they have overflow parking. They also provide unreliable airport transfers, and after calling ahead, I ended up waiting over an hour. The staff were rude and dismissive, frequently giving false reassurances. Another red flag was their request to remove tracking devices from my car. This company is unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs.

Lost car keys by the service

They lost my car keys. This is probably the worst service I have ever encountered. The cars are kept in an unsecured area, like an abandoned building site, with vehicles parked haphazardly. It was an absurd experience. Do not use this service.

Steer clear

Like many others, my experience was negative. Just before arriving at the designated parking area, I received a message directing me to a different, empty hotel that looked untrustworthy. A few individuals were directing parking and asking for keys. I worried about my vehicle for the entire two weeks I was away. There was no shuttle bus as promised, forcing us to take an Uber. Steer clear.

Avoid

Only giving one star as I can’t have zero.Had a text as we approached giving a different postcode to go to, which turned out to be a disused hotel car park with loads of boards round it, Very concerned at leaving the car to a man operating out the back of a van, the receipt given for the keys was a piece of paper ripped off the end of a piece of A4. Charged £6 transfer each.On return shuttle was apparently in for a service so told to get an uber and to tell the driver we would only pay £12, the taxi cost £17 and we are yet to receive our refund. Got the car back, (shuttle was parked up not at the garage as told) which had additional miles (we took a photo prior to holiday) both front seating pushed back and reclined, steering wheel dropped (all very boy racer style) forward facing camera disconnected, one of the exhausts damaged.Since getting home we have received a parking ticket for £100 from Park Maven and had to replace a tyre (£190) as a bolt has gone through and been driven flat. Car was 2 days old when we dropped it off. Surprise surprise we can’t get hold of anyone to resolve

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. We dropped our car off in a packed bay of the Holiday Inn carpark where men were trying to manoeuvre cars in and out where there really wasn’t enough room. The company operates out the back of a van in the carpark. We left our key and car hoping it would be safe. Our mini bus transfer was shared with another couple who had returned from the airport but their car was not in the Holiday Inn bay. The mini bus than drove us to a deserted, baron looking compound with no security to go get their car. This in itself made us worried about the safety of our car because of the lack of secure parking. It also meant that we were delayed being transported to the terminal but the driver couldn’t have cared less and got out of the bus to continue his telephone conversation for another 5 minutes. On return the pick up time was around 30 minutes with no specific instructions on where exactly we’d be collected. On return to the carpark we were relieved our car was there and intact. However, we have since received a parking ticket from a parking company as the car had been at the Holiday inn carpark for too long on the day of collection despite me putting on the booking form the time we would return. Having contacted Park at Airport they gave me a number to call which was answered by “Jay” - he wouldn’t give his surname or the company he worked for but said he was the landlord of the carpark so he was able to cancel the parking fine. Let’s just hope it has been cancelled and that we won’t receive any further demands for money. All in all this whole operation is shoddy, scammy, not safe and I would not recommend to anyone

Bogus reference number

Do not trust any Metropolitan Police crime reference number given to you by this company. I was given one by a staff member working out of the back of a vehicle when informed that my car had been stolen whilst in their care. The Met Police have confirmed that this reference number is bogus.I am continuing with my County Court action.

PAY £1,000 NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY

had a hell of a time finding the place but when we returned from our trip after a 7 hour flight we had to wait over a half an hour to be picked up (they only answer about 1 in 8 phone calls) only to be found that they had stolen everything that was in my car including cheap and petty things like a fire lighter and packet of tissues they literally emptied all my pockets i found my wheel locking nut on the floor and the first aid kit opened on the seat they had left empty food wrappers in my car which tells me that they've been eating in my car they've also clocked over 50 miles!!! on my ODO and curbed my expensive alloys pretty bad and not to mention the mud on the inside and outside of the car when I spoke to them about it they didnt even engage in conversation with me.theyve also gone throgh all of my papers like my insurance policy etc. which has some pretty sensitive personal info on itI would pay triple the amount to avoid this companyp.s whilst I was there I witnessed a couple waiting for over 3 hours for their car but they were told that they dont know where their car is

Avoid- key thefts

Two hour wait to be collected only to get there and find police as keys were left in van. The van was broken into and keys and cars stolen

Unprofessional

I found the company via a comparision site. I was very dubious when I turned up to drop my car off. I was stuck for time so I had no chance of changing the car parking. The email I received stated they were named Heathrow Park and Ride. I was dreading returning to my car. The email receipt stated to wait via level 4 car park and to ring 30 minutes prior to clearing customs. I rang the company and was told to wait outside departures in Heathrow terminal 2. I was not told any details. I rang 10 times and sent a text message asking for a registration plate. There were a lot of meet and greets with similiar looking vehicles. I ran around asking if the drivers were from Heathrow park and ride at the Holiday Inn. I waited an hour and a half. I decided to get a black cab back to the parking space. The service operates from a back of a van and houses all the keys to cars. The car park was rammed full of cars, parked on grass verges, paths. On arrival back at the car park, I overheard a customer stating the company had lost their car key. The company charge £12 drop off fee per person to be dropped off and picked up from the airport. My car is very old and messy inside anyway. My petrol guage was low when I got in the car. I did not take my mileage down when I left the car. The car park was chaotic leaving and I just wanted to get out of the place. I would not recommend this company as a neurodivergent person and to everyone. The company was set up in June 2025 via companies house. I have never had a problem with any airport parking. It seems there are a lot of complaints like this about similiar companies when doing research or on next door. I rang citizens advise bureau and was recommended to report to trading standards. I have a reference number and I will be adding to the report if anything else occurs. I would encourage anyone with a bad experience to do the same
