Review Time
Drop off was fine but pick up took over 40 minutes despite calling them as soon as we had collected our luggage, as directed. However, they disabled my dashcam and partly removed the sim card as well as unplugging the charging lead from my car phone holder, both of which seems very suspicious to me, hence the low scoring review. They have no right to touch my personal stuff, just to drive and park the car.
Low cost. (Even with the additional car park charges you have to pay - which are not hidden, they are quite clear, and like many of the other parking services)But slow service on return - 40 minutes to deliver the car back (and I know from my car that it took about 10 minutes to get to me). I waited about 15 minutes for them to pick up when I dropped off, despite giving the requested 30 minutes notice.
Hidden costs and sketchy service. Think I was lucky judging by other reviews but would not use again. There is no desk on site. Took quite a while for someone to come and pick up. Then had to pay £7.50 short stay parking charge. On return car came reasonably quickly. Waited about 25 mins from calling. Guy who dropped it off said nothing to me and hurried off. No checks that it was my car etc. Then I had to pay £7.50 again. Also can’t find a usb charging cable that was in the car.
Dirty car. They were very late in bringing my car. Had 20 miles knocked on the clock saying that they had to park in a parking plot. The side of my new car had a deep scratch to the body of the car. They keep on asking me for a wide angle before and after photo of my car at the terminal. Who would stop at the terminal to take the photo of your car at every angle. They did not wanted to check the camera of the short stay car park or the plot where they parked. They refused to take liability. Do not use them.
Rude, impolite staff and terrible service. Had to wait 45 minutes for our car to be collected, then was told we had to buy a parking ticket so he could exit the car park. Upon our arrival, I was told our car would not be returned for 30 minutes. When I complained, the woman on the other end of the phone simply hung up on me and when our car finally turned up, the driver got out and just walked off without saying a word to us AND we had to purchase another parking ticket so we could exit the car park. Bunch of unprofessional cowboys. DO NOT USE!!
I have to agree with all the bad views and would love to hear an explanation from Mobil Airport Parking on how they achieve the highest review score on their website as it’s utter rubbish. On arrival back to Heathrow after a two day delay due to the fire which closed the airport were expecting a charge for the extra 2 days and were more than happy as per our paper work we were advised payment would be needed when we picked up our car. I rang the mobile and a guy answered and during our conversation he demanded the payment before releasing the car and became quite rude and raiding his voice. I had no choice to pay. I asked for a receipt but he was unable to do this and said he would advise his manager the flowing day and it would be sent to my email. Three weeks later and several messages left I am still waiting and have given up. Check Trustpilot before booking.
TERRIBLE!! If I could do 0 stars I would!! Hidden charges £7.50 to drop car off and another £7.50 when you collect the car. The staff are very rude and barely speak any English. We waited over an hour for our car to be returned after calling them he kept calling saying 6-7 minutes and then again saying the same thing. When he eventually dropped the car off to us he just opened the door and walked away leaving the keys in the engine. When we said we wanted to complain all he said was “speak to office” and walked away. Our car had more than half a tank of fuel when we left and returned to less than a quarter of a tank. All our radio stations had been changed too! Not happy at all. DO NOT USE!!!!!
