DO NOT USE PANDA PARKING. If I could give them no stars I would.Sent us to another terminal at Heathrow with no explanation, we had to get a train to the correct terminal. Had to keep phoning Panda parking as no representative arrived to meet us, it is not meet and greet. Very rude staff on arrival and return. Could not understand phone call with the driver collecting my car. Had to wait over an hour for my car to be collected. On returning I had emailed and WhatsApp the number and email given, to explain our flight had changed and we were arriving early. Told on the phone I would have to wait until our original time made on the booking which was 2.5hours later. Extremely rude staff on the phone. Then my car was damaged on the wheel and the bumper. Hard to get hold of the company, only an email number, they are requesting photos from when we dropped the car off, these their driver took, whilst he told us to pay the car parking ticket. Never again, Do not use this company.
AVOID at all costs! Terrible service from beginning to end. Waited around 30 minutes for a person to ‘greet’ us, after numerous phone calls to the driver whose English was clearly very limited. Had to pay an extra £15 in parking fees at the airport. Things got worse on our return; waited around an hour to get our car back with no communication during this time (apart from us phoning and trying to make sense of what was going on). Car was also filthy on return. Never will we use these cowboys again!
Where do I start?The driver turned up at wrong terminal to the booking.Both drivers did not speak a word of English.My car was returned filthy, it was covered in bird droppings, there was mud in the footwells and a Greg's coffee cup had appeared in the side door!We also had to pay the 30 mins car park, £7.50 each time.Stay away from this con.
If I could select no stars I would!! Don't ever you this company, it is definitely not a meet and greet service! I had to wait ages for them to collect the car and for them to drop it off. When I got it back it was dirty, mats in the foot well we're all muddy and the car was immaculate when I left it. My whole car setup had been changed including my dashboard display. This company is a rip off and I dread to think what my car was used for while I was away. You have to pay both parking tickets or them to leave with your car and you have to pay again to get out of the car park, totalling £15 on top of the fee they already charged. I am thankful I got my car back intact!! Do not use this company!!!
I handed over my car in heathrow terminal 2.I had Pais 160 pounds.After 10.minutes I'm.told I cannot fly so requested my car.Young asian man demanded 20.pounds cash if I wanted car back.I.asked for receipt and he laughed.So I.paid 160 pounds for no service.I.would never use these cowboys again.
The car was so dirty when I got it back, i have no idea where the heck was parked.They didn't say before but you have to pay for the car park ticket both ways which is 15£ on top of the parking fee.Lastly, although I rang with plenty of time, it took them a while to get my car back.I won't book it again.
If I could award zero I would! Almost missed my flight after being delayed by traffic but keeping company informed. Even so they arrived very late almost causing me to miss my flight. On my return, driver was an hour late. Manager is rude and unapologetic. Car returned filthy inside and out. Driver returned the car, told me key is inside and walked off, without giving me the opportunity to query the state of the car and the amont of petrol used. Disgusting service and totally unprofessional in evry way, will never use them again. DO NOT USE OR BELIEVE THE 5 STAR MADE UP REVIEWS.
Absolutely awful experience, would not recommend. They say you have to call 30 minutes before you’re due to arrive, but they did not answer either number when we called. Eventually I got through to someone and they were very difficult to understand, at some points in the conversation they stopped mid sentence to shout something to someone else in another language. On our return, we called to give 30 minutes notice, over an hour later there was no car. I called again and was told ‘20 minutes’. 30 minutes later, still no car.. we then got a phone call from the guy dropping the car off to say he was at terminal 3 (the wrong terminal) and asking us to meet him there. I called the manager as we would need to get a train from terminal 2 to terminal 3. He called back to tell us to wait at 2 and that the driver would be 5 minutes. Needless to say the driver was not ‘5 minutes’. They put the nearly 2 hour delay down to ‘bad traffic’, however we found that the traffic around Heathrow was much better than usual and would expect them to account for some degree of traffic, given that airport terminals are usually fairly busy. The guy in our car was vaping when we got there, got out of the car without putting the handbrake on ad the car was dirty on the outside and smelt badly inside. Our mileage was also a lot higher that we would have expected it to be. The communication throughout the whole process was awful. There was nothing positive about this company and I 100% would not recommend. although, having read the other reviews I feel we were comparably quite lucky with our experience compared to others.
