Review Time
We were waiting over an hour for our car and when it arrived we were horrified. We were calling the company and they said the driver is in traffic on the M25. About 50 mins later the driver called saying that he was taking the car for a car wash without any permission, and when my dad insisted for his car back, the driver ended the call. The driver then arrived 75 mins after we called them originally. The state that the car was in was horrible. There was dirt all over the car including the roof. The driver was very unprofessional and rude, almost putti go his hands on my sister for recording the car. The customer service here is disgusting and this company should be shut down with immediate effect.
We had to wait for a long time for the car to be picked up . Luckily we had allocated enough time to our departure flight otherwise we would have missed our flight.The pick up was even worse . Had to wait about 1 hour to get the car back .
Parked with Parking Panda back in October and thought all went well until we had a ULEZ fine come through from when we were out of the country. Proof that the company were using our car whilst ‘parked’ at their facility. Would totally avoid this company!
Unprofessional, rude, I believe they took for ride somewhere else other than straight to the car park and back. I had over 100 miles worth of petrol before I gave them the car, when I picked it up it only had 27 miles left. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!Disrespectful and arrogant customer service!!!
Damaged my car when returning. The driver ran away quickly giving the keys, I then checked the vehicle and found the damage on the front left bumper. Called him immediately within 2 minutes, and he said he cannot come back.I then emailed the company making a proper complaint, with a picture as evidence. And they replied by saying something else. I then called them, and they said they will speak to the manager and asked me to call back afternoon. I called them back accordingly, and now they say they cannot speak about it on the phone and they need 14 days to reply to email. Was very rude on the phone and hung up.My car is £65k worth and I am now having to think about taking legal action against this company.
Parking express booked via Parking Panda. Unreliable, unfriendly, kept us waiting at drop off even though we called when we were half an hour away. Same issue on return, we waited for 2hrs and the driver kept saying he is 5 minutes away. Very rude, just dropped off our keys and walked off. No apologies, no chance to check the car for any damages. Avoid at all costs.
Rude and difficult to understand on the phone, told me to go to terminal 3 when I called from terminal 2 where the pickup was arranged to be, car came back after 1.5hrs filthy, covered in leaves and dirt, driver was surly and tried to start a fight, really you couldn't make up how crap this company is....cheaper than others for a reason, because they are awful and employ hooligans....avoid at all costs.
Here are the NO NO , and you can judge by yourself. I will not leave my car with Panda custody for the reasons; Firstly , on the return date the guy who brought my car back at the Airport had hit another car whilst parking for me. Then immediately i got doubts about them. Everything in the car was completely different setup, position of seat, mirrors, steering wheel position, AC and vents repositioned, left in the car an empty Costa Coffee cup, the passenger seat was used and repositioned. When i found all of these, i got even more suspicious, therefore i decided to review my Dashcam which is installed in the car. Here, gets even worst, the dashcam was disconnected 30min later of the collection date 2.06.23 and next live back 8.06.23 when the person drove the car from residential area to kind of large parking lot. I have no clue what was done with the car and how it was used for the six days when dashcam was off, but everything for me looks not right and having passenger for whatever reason. Not to mention that the car was returned dusty,dirty, with birds crap etc. From my understanding and expectations of the service, is collecting costumer's car to parking lot and back, thats all. I will keep away from them.
Parking Panda via EZY Booking.Totally replicate and reinforce everything that everyone's complained about below. Severely delayed car pick-up and drop-off, extra parking charges, and car returned absolutely filthy, inside and out, having been driven over 75kms!DO NOT USE!!
