AVOID!

If I could give zero stars then I would. Please DO NOT book with this firm - or any other firm recommended via Ezybook Airport Parking. Car returned damaged with dent and significant scratches to drivers door. Neither company will take responsibility. Parkingpanda do not even have the decency to respond to emails or telephone calls. Ezybook will reply - but only to say the issue is not theirs to resolve. I will NEVER book with these companies ever again - and would strongly advise anyone reading this review not to either.

Thief!! Avoid.

When the car was returned I found that money (around £10 in loose change for car parking, tyre pressures etc) had been stolen. When I phoned to complain, the individual was unapologetic/complacent; I expect this is a common occurrence. Other problems included paint chips on the drivers door and mud up the tyre walls (parked in a field?). I will never use these people again and suggest you avoid them too. If I could give 0 out of 5, I would have.

If I could give 0 I would! Currently sat in the airport rang when we arrived were told 30 mins after 30 mins no where to be seen. Rang again said won’t be long. The driver rang said he was on his way however after another phone call 20 mins later we were told it’s stuck in the compound behind 3 cars and will be longer! I’m currently on 1 hour and 45 mins and was screamed at hung up on and over talked being blamed as we arrived slightly earlier than stated how it’s our fault and others need to be done first! Now we’re told it could be another potential hour! The men are disgusting how they speak to you how they hang up and avoid the calls!!! Please save the hassle of of trying to save money and don’t pay these con artists !! They are rude and I will be taking this matter further!!!To add salt into this wound we have come home to a parking fine where they drove our car around!! They have said they will refund no apology from manager just a refund on everything I will update if they do!!

Booking made via EZY for panda parking

Booking made via EZY for panda parking. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!If I could give zero rating I would. Waited 40 minutes when we dropped off the car and an hour on return. The guy on the phone and manager spoke very poor English amd were abusive over the phone when questioned why the return was taking so long as we were told 20 minutes when we rang. Car arrived back in hell of a mess. Filthy inside and out. Looked like someone had been rallying it through mud and the inside was covered in some sort of white power. All paperwork and vit fro. The glove box had been pulled out and thrown over the front seat. We lost the plot with the driver who was quick to assure us he knew nothing. Bunch of scumbags. Seriously don't use. Manager advised to send pictures, which I've done but not hopeful much will happen.

Appalling company DO NOT USE

Appalling company. When we returned from our flight as soon as we approched our car a man rushed towards us handed over our key and a ticket to exit the car park with instructions to pay for it (£6) at a nearby machine. When we opened the back door we saw that there was dried vomit all over the floor between the front passenger seat and the back one. On our return home we noticed fluid leaking from under the car. The garage said there was a cracked hose which means a costly rpair. We can't say for certain that this was down to Parkingpanda but we have our suspicions. Also like other reviewers have stated our dashcam had been disconnected. We are planning on reporting thm to Trading Standards.

Shocking service

Booking made with Panda Parking via EZY book.Provide lots of info about where to leave car and pick up. Took 45mins for car to be collected, despite calling ahead.Should have prepared us for expectation on return. Called as instructed once luggage collected at 7.07am! After 5 calls later and numerous excuses car finally arrived at 9.50am, 2.45hours later. Just not acceptable, no updates about delays, only excuses when further calls made. Our wired in dash cam was removed and placed in centre consul.Driver did not wait around for us to check car...Wish i had taken a picture of our mileage when we left car, as not convinced it had not been used...Would not recommend Panda Parking, there service is atrocious!

Don’t let this lot go anywhere near your car,Our brand new car was brought dark one hour late,No apologies from a very rude and ignorant driver.The driver parked the car, he saw us walking towards our car. He left car running jumped out and walked away to pick up another car,he left keys and ticket in car.Our car was returned absolutely filthy,covered in tree debris and bird poop all over it,the lower half of car was covered in mud like it been left in a swamp four four days.I confronted the driver and asked for an explanation and he started to get very aggressive in his behaviour saying I’m only the driver. At this point my wife told me to leave it.Needless to say that the people that were having there car from this chap had very worried looks on there faces as they had seen the state mu car was brought back to me.DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH COMPANY!!!!!!A word for Ezybook Airport Parking ,please do not let this company quote on your behalf.

DO NOT USE! Terrible service - the 20 minute meet and greet is more like an hour, which meant we had to pay £9.50 for the parking ticket. I phoned them three time to confirm where they were and all I got was a very rude person on the phone saying they’re on their way. On the return we waited another 45 minutes for the car. The email says to call when you’re walking through customs. I would call as you’re getting off the plane, you would still beat them to the drop off point! I did phone the company after we waited 30 minutes for the car and they tried to say I was in the wrong place. We have written to the company, but we are not surprised by the fact we still haven’t had a reply! Operating in the same area are two other companies; purple parking and blue circle which have a manned desk near the lifts. Cars that were arriving after us just dropped the keys at the desk, no waiting, no stress. I would use these companies!!

Car returned filthy - inside and out.

Disastrous experience run through the aggregation site 'Ezybook Airport Parking'. The car was returned in a filthy state on the inside and out. It had clearly been used while we were away and the interior was, bizarrely, covered in bird crap. We had to pay the short term parking costs on top of the bill we'd already paid.Needless to say no one has answered our complaints, and on further investigation there are literally hundreds of stories out there of people getting parking fines, speeding fines, in-car drug use, and in some cases having their cars stolen altogether (check the Ezybook Facebook Complaints Page). This company is an absolute scam. Avoid them at ALL COSTS.
