They are crooks

They are crooks. I wanted to cancel my booking after having read the reviews. Initially I sent an email they wouldn't respond. Then I called and picked up once and the guy said that he would refer to the office. After this he would not answer my call. They wouldn't refund my money. Finally I had to contact my bank to claim my money.

NO STARS. DISHONEST LIARS. DO NOT GO NEAR. absolutely appalling. car was returned with zig zag scratches on 2 doors and rear panel. They knew this as they parked parked away from the proper drop off area (despite being no other cars) and the driver walked across to us. I went back to him and he said I needed to email. I did and now they say I needed to report it when I received the car. What a bunch of criminals. I have asked 5 times for the address where they stored my car and if there is CCTV. They refuse to answer. In addition we had to wait in car park for an hour after I called, despite plane being on time.

Worst parking company I have ever used

Worst parking company I have ever used. Dropping off the car was not too bad, the driver was helpful and polite. However, this is where the good stuff ends!! Upon our return to the Airport, we ended up having to pay an extra £15 due to arriving earlier than scheduled. I fail to understand how the extra money would be the only way of being able to get the car out of the car park, surely if it can be done for £15 it can be done for £0???? The customer service on the telephone was rude from the company and extremely unhelpful!! In addition to this, my clean car was returned to me in a disgusting an unacceptable state. The car looked like it had been kept in the middle of a mud farm. It was filthy, clearly had been covered in leaves whilst we were away as the re were marks l over the car where these had been removed. We had to wait a further 40 minutes for the car even though we had been made pay £15 extra, which we had to pay at risk of the car not being returned to us and/or needing to wait hours, and we did not fancy hanging around the airport for more hours when we had just completed a 20 hour journey with no sleep overnight. The driver who brought our car back to us did not even ask for any ID from us and literally just handed over the car. I will never, ever use these again and hope that Compare will look into removing this awful company from their comparison site.

They damaged my car

They damaged my car. Their driver on returning my vehicle hit the kerb at the drop off area and drove over it (entrance at Terminal 4 Heathrow). He apologised and admitted his fault. I was extremely tired after a long flight and only checked the next day where I found that the tyre had a tear in it and the allow was scratched where their driver had hid the kerb. The car had just had all the alloys refurbished and tyres changed 2 weeks before I went away. I reported the damage and sent the pictures to them along with the details of the garage who had refurbished my alloys but their manager 'Sam' is refusing to reply or investigate after his last rude email. I am in the process of taking them to small claims court. Unbelievable as their own driver has admitted causing the damage.

Awful service from beginning to end. Don't use!

Awful customer service from both they guys we had contact with (one who took the car and the one that brought it back). My car was immaculate when I dropped it off. Received it back caked in mud, it was covered in muddy paw prints. Complained to the guy who dropped it off but he clearly didn't care and would not take responsibility. Got into the car to discover two new phones had been paired to my car and that several settings had been changed. Will never use this company again and wouldn't recommend.

DO NOT USE. worst company ever. Used for Heathrow. They Parked our car on a side street for 12 days. Had to put in a formal complaint through Compare parking and Panda. Panda didn’t give a hoot, has made no apology for leaving our car on a residential street in Hounslow eventually moved it into a yard after complaint. They asked for proof and we sent a screen shot of where the car was, we had one for each of the days it was wrongly stored. They have not replied. They also take ages to collect and drop car off - 30 mims to pick it up from us. over 50 mins after we called when we got back. They don’t have enough staff. They told us multiple times the car around the corner but we could see it was still in their car park. DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR.

Worst airport meet and greet parking service. AVOID+++++.I wish I had read the reviews prior to booking but it was too late once I dropped my vehicle and was met with terrible service by a man who collected the car from the agreed area. After calling me 4 times to ask where I was AFTER I had told them it would be 20 minutes as they requested I spoke with a gentleman whose English and communication was so poor that I did not feel at all comfortable that this was actually a service I had arranged through a legitimate website. After handing over the keys the man asked me to validate and pay the ticket! I was slightly shocked given this has never been the case and this was part of the cost of the service. I paid and left the keys and through the airport went through the horror of reading the reviews. Upon arrival - our flight was delayed by exactly 1 hour - after collecting baggage I called the man who reported that I had not booked the correct time for collection and it was actually 1 hour prior to the original collection time, I told him this was not the case and that the flight was actually delayed and we waited for baggage before calling and surely the point of taking the flight information is that when flights are delayed they are checking and are aware this is the case. He then proceeds to tell me that I booked the return for 1 hour earlier than the paperwork states and that I should check the paperwork. I again checked the paperwork in my email and my time was correct, perhaps the gentleman on the phone did not know how to read 24 clock format. After waiting 30 minutes in the arrivals hall we were called to the short stay car park drop off area where the gentleman bringing my car back called to ask directions to the area of the car park despite it being their instructions!All in all a very despicably unprofessional and u pleasant service and one that I cannot fathom how Heathrow airport would allow to use via their airport parking comparison site.Avoid Express Parking Limited Heathrow/Parking Panda unless unnecessary airport stress is what you are looking for!
