Order oven part that according to PartSelect is the correct OEM part. I paid $10 to have it shipped. The part sent is not the correct one. They sent me a return label but will not pay for shipping. They have an auto phone tree and no one is available. Customer service took 2 weeks to respond and refused to pay and still claim the part is correct although it does not fit the oven.
I have a Maytag (admiral Brand) dryer that I purchased new at Montgomery Wards in 98. My son threw may be 60+ lbs of wet laundry in it recently and smoke came out it.Took it apart (thanks U tube). Used the part number off the dryer to search out the parts list for my model dryer. Easy to use parts listings with pictures of the parts is cool feature. Ordered a new motor and felt seal plus a new lint filter. Replaced the motor and seal and filter. Vacc'd out the the lint and it runs superbly. Will almost certainly out last me. Bottom line it cost me $300 and some change to fix this thing for another 25 years of service. Given the junk that passes for appliances now a days to me it just makes sense to repair and not replace.
Purchased a refrigerator shelf on sept 28 2024 it was shipped to me on sept 30 2024. I received the package on oct 3 2024. Shipping was very fast but in the few days my wife decided we should by a new refrigerator. I requested a return on the shelf and the package was never opened. I was told that I would get an email with return instructions. As of July 21, 2025 I have never received the return instructions and the year is up in a little over 60 days. Very poor return policy. order number 23932509.
