old stove

A part for a 20 year old stove and it took us less then a half hour to find the part and order it. I don't remember the exact date , but it was about six weeks or so ago

I needed a bottom rack w10161215 for…

I needed a bottom rack w10161215 for whirlpool dishwasher. Missing many tines due to rust and breaking on 20 yr. old dishwasher that still works great! Received the rack the next day! It is not exactly the same as old one...doesn't have the arow of tines that can come down to adjust for a large pot even tho video says included. The layout is somewhat different. The new unit came with wheels but no spacers that go in front so I used the old spacers. The cost is a bit much but at least it is right size. Thank you!

They shipped me a part that came damaged

They shipped me a part that came damaged as it was not packed properly called customer support was asked to send photos and now am told it takes 2 weeks for them to review the email sent with pictures so am sitting with a broken part without a refund and not able to replace , will never buy from them and advise to stay away , customer service is ridiculous.

Dacor part unavailable.

My Dacor exhaust hood just quit so I had a authorized repair tech check it out. He told me the membrane switch was bad however his supplier said the switch was no longer available. The hood is 12 yrs old. I called the appliance store where I purchased it same thing, no longer available. Went online and found it here, $238.00 and free shipping!! Great web site very easy to cross check to be sure it fit my appliance. It took a bit to unplug and install the new one but so glad I found it.

I’m not sure how to say this. On all three parts that I ordered your website indicated “in stock”. Two days later I received an order confirmation which shows two of the three parts coming from another supplier?? With obvious delays to my order I’m clearly not pleased. Three stars should be a 1 perhaps ….

It was easy to locate the parts I needed for my older stove. I ordered the parts. The prices were reasonable. I received them in a timely fashion. The most important part…. They were the correct parts. It looks like a brand new appliance. Thank you.

New dryer drum felt.

I had to call a Parts Select rep to find my parts. I have an older (20 years?) Kenmore dryer. I needed to replace the felt seals around the drum. The parts page could not find my serial number. The rep was super helpful, said most dryers use the same felt. If it doesn’t work, send it back. It worked fine! Saved the cost of a new dryer. New belt, rollers and felt.
