When order. Do not pay for quicker delivery, cause it won’t happen. Oh by the way. Your order is used, just in case you are wondering if new or used. Tried to call the help line without answer and want me to email with concerns or questions about delivery.

Started off well but didn't end well

Started off well. Easy to search parts and they send a 10% off deal. Initial search showed In stock, same day shipping. After purchase it changed to Out of Stock and will ship 3-5 days after the manufacturer sends them one. After a week, called customer service. They were very polite but couldn't tell me when they would get one. Cancelled order and have one coming tomorrow. Refund coming in 3-5 days. Hopefully this is a REAL 3-5 days and not like the part shipping estimate.

They advertise “same day shipping”

They advertise “same day shipping”. I ordered Saturday, so I understand “same day” might mean Monday. It’s Wednesday evening and usps still hasn’t even received my order of “in stock” items. So in my experience “same day shipping” is false advertising. I tried canceling my order since they still haven’t shipped. Thought the cancel was in process. But then got a “your package has shipped notification”. Apparently printing a label counts as shipped. Still hasn’t left their facility.

It was very easy to order the part.

It was very easy to order the part we needed for our dishwasher, but we ordered the wrong part and subsequently sent it back. We had a difficult time getting our refund, but after several tries, we did get it. There needs to be agents to help resolve the issues.

Microwave table

I needed to replace my glasses microwave table which had a huge chunk broken on it. I called and spoke to a live human! He helped me with the exact one I needed by my part number. It was shipped to me in 2 days… A perfect fit!

Beware don’t do business with this…

Beware don’t do business with this company. I received a damaged part. It was packed poorly with no padding. I called company followed their procedures suggested photos. still waiting for refund. Company is dragging this out. This is the 3rd week still waiting

I laid out gasket in the sun for 3 days…

I laid out gasket in the sun for 3 days - installed with I thought was no problem- easy - Have more frost developing that I had not before -reason I wanted new gasket was when I closed fridge door sometimes the freezer door would pop open resulting in frost - replaced new gasket with old one better off - want to return item
