I paid $32.95 for next day shipping. It's been 3 days and it's still not here. And they won't answer my email asking for a partial refund for the shipping they charged for but failed to deliver. *FOLLOW UP, they did refund the shipping cost. And when the piece arrived, it was the correct piece.
Not in the least impressed! They printed a label for an item I purchased but it still has not actually shipped. Extremely poor customer service!!Email claimed Fed Ex has picked up the package but it hasn't been scanned, that is an outright lie. It's being shipped from Georgia to Mississippi and it has NOT been received by Fed Ex.
The heating element on my discontinued GE gas oven failed and the GE web site offered no help. Replacements enabled me to find the right part (guaranteed) along with a video with step-by-step installation guidance. It couldn’t have been simpler!
Brought a microwave micro switch and was told it was order and would be shipped in 3-5 days at a 3x price increase. After a week before I received a email saying the part was shipped. I went online to cancel, I was told that the cancellation request was received. The next day I was email that the part was being shipped the following day. Called in and I was told that was the order is processed you can’t not cancel even through the item has not been shipped. What a way to keep your money. I will not order from this company again and I suggest others to look for an alternate company for your parts.
Avoid like the plague! They do not answer the phone(called immediately after an order due to a wrong part), they said go through the online portal, done. No response to emails or calls, documented each email, waiting to have to dispute charges now since they want you to pay for shipping back. No one is home!
