I needed a gearbox for my Maytag washer. And I came across this website and they have a great price on their parts.compared to other websites I’ve seen I put the model number in and ordered.It shipped same day I ordered it and had it within 4 days and works great. Difficult to work with

I ordered three parts for a mower, 1 retention pin and two identical Bushing brackets. One of the brackets arrived damaged in the package the other was fine. Getting a refund for damaged part was a nightmare. I had to provide Model, Serial Number, picture of damaged part, shipping order, and packaging. Ordinarily providing a serial number is no big deal, but the mower was at a second home 400 miles away. I still fail to understand why a serial number was needed, seems irrelevant to a small part, particularly since I wasn't trying to return both. The other part was on the mower. Now I find they are making a claim with USPS for the part and I have to jump through more hoops I would never recommend this company. Seems like they shipped a damaged part and now want USPS to reimburse them for something that likely happened in the warehouse.

I’m highly disappointed ☹️ in this…

I’m highly disappointed ☹️ in this company. The female employee lied and stated that I gave the wrong model number— when I put the model number in the system gave me a compatible number (or so it claimed) I put the number in and I was sent the wrong part. Upon trying to return the item this company kept the shipping amount and now I’m charged double (UPS) and triple (USPS) and on top of that the second person that I spoke to was VERY Arrogant, not to mention extremely rude! Worse customer service ever

Accurately Described Parts & Prompt Shipping

Very happy with this company's service. Needed a temperature control unit for an old refrigerator. Inventory was broad and accurately described. The party was shipped on the same day I ordered it, arrived timely and was identical to the unit I replaced. I will use this company for future appliance repairs.

Buyers BEWARE!

I ordered a heating element for my dishwasher and while waiting for it to arrive, washer died. Never taken out of the box so I set up a return. It would cost 20% more to return than I paid for the part. Customer service, “Yea shipping is expensive” Real helpful!! Never again!!!!
