Our LG refrigerator door was badly dented during a move. My husband used the PartSelect part finder online and ordered the door. When the incorrect door arrived my husband called customer service and spoke with Kristin. We were both shocked at how easy and quickly she handled the problem. She ordered the correct door and issued the paperwork for the return shipping at their cost. All we had to do was put the incorrect door back in the box with the return paperwork we printed at home and drop it off at a UPS Store. We already have the correct door installed and the refund from the first door. Friendly, efficient customer service and quality parts are almost unheard of these days. Thank you PartSelect!
The website made it very easy to confidently order the correct part. I appreciate that there were online instructions for part installation, if I needed that support. I installed a new wheel bracket to hold a dishwasher level onto the telescoping rack.
i haven't been able to install the parts without some instructions. Can you please send me a video or at least some written instructions? Otherwise i guess i will just return the parts and get a refund.
Not sure how they are still in business. Put my model number in and ordered what I thought was the right part. It wasn’t. Charged me for shipping then I have to pay to ship it back for double the cost of original shipping. The money I’m spending on shipping is more than half the part. I reached out to see if they could share their better rate and deduct…any thing to help. Nope. No solutions, no help. I’d NEVER order from them again.
I needed a new latch plate and locking mechanism for my front load washer. I used the model number to look up the parts and they were a perfect match. I was able to replace both parts in about 5 minutes and they are working great. I definitely recommend PartSelect for getting parts for DIY repairs
