Maureen Walker.I have MS which you can imagine is a pain and very frustrating. I was offered a wet room so jumped at the chance to have it installed. Dean, a very pleasant man came and installed it for us. I can now have a shower thanks to Deans' hard work and professionalism.
I had Craig as my fitter and what a great result. Very competent fitter and problem solver. He turned up promptly every day and cleaned up as he went. From a prompt response to my initial request to a thoroughly fun showroom visit Passmore have done an outstanding job. Excellent ranges to choose from and well thought out solutions to what wasn't working for me in existing kitchen. The new kitchen is worth every penny and I wholeheartedly recommend Passmore Group.
Primrose van drivers are extremely dangerous. Not only do they hold customers expensive orders in their vans, they pull out into fast lanes without indicating almost causing crashes. When doing so, they tailgate other road users with full beams on attempting to bully and antagonise them. Dangerous and careless driving especially when carrying customer orders. Lack of regard to other road users and customers. This is all for self gratification and arrogance. Maybe do more vetting when it comes to hiring cowboy delivery drivers. They let the reputation of the company down without evening trying by driving like absolute idiots with customers expensive goods in their vehicles.UPDATE TO REPLY - It absolutely is the correct business, unless there are other companies driving around with your logo and company name on their vans. I found you on Trustpilot using the company info on the van in question. I will send an email to you so can investigate. I presume all of your vans are fitted with dash cams for security and accident prevention i.e by recording dangerous driving behaviours.
kept in touch with updates really professional Eliot who sorted out wet room was brilliant and a credit to the company I will recommend him to anyone, works hard and did a fantastic job 10 out of 10 for this company. All the staff and supervisors very friendly and know their jobs.
This is the second time we've used Passmore for a project. They are highly skilled & deliver a great finished project. Their team are friendly & approachable throughout; from the planning & surveying through to installation you get full confidence they know what they are doing.Installers were incredibly knowledgeable and threw in some great ideas to help improve the overall finish & usability.
From choosing our fittings in the Otley Showroom to the project management, Passmore's timeliness and attention to detail could not be faulted. We met two Passmore staff (Michelle and Joe) and 5 subcontractors: all were polite, considerate and friendly but it was Charles Dixon and Summer who did the bulk of the site work who really stood out amongst the contractors. It was a privilege to meet such competent, polite and ambitious young people. They kept us informed throughout and we were happy to leave them unattended in our home. Passmore's boast of its workers being conscientious, courteous and tidy was entirely borne out and I would unreservedly recommend them. (No, nothing in this for me apart from the delight of a job done very well by skilled people).
Passmore have come up with a brilliant system for the time poor or lazy! Julie was very friendly and helpful with the planning and design and it’s great to be able to see products in their showroom. Gary did my bathroom, everything ripped out and walk-in shower installed- very pleased with it.Craig did my utility room and loo which was very tricky in a small space but it’s quite transformed. Never seen anybody work so hard and be so uncomplaining despite unexpected problems. It’s wonderful to have everything sorted without having to micro-manage it yourself. Expensive but worth it to me.
We have now completed 3 projects with the Passmore Group. After being delighted with a total bathroom refit a couple of years ago we have now had full refits in our master bedroom and a downstairs cloakroom with sink and toilet. These two projects ran concurrently and because of the amazing design and project teams everything went really well, so seamless and co-ordinated. The main fitters in both rooms were a pleasure to have working in the house as were the other teams that did their part such as electricians and plasterer.We would unhesitatingly recommend this company to anyone wanting a high quality, well planned and designed installation.
