We have had a new bathroom suite fitted and Dean has been fantastic from start to finish. Work has been done to a very high standard and Dean showed extreme professionalism throughout.Dean was reliable and always kept us updated about everything that he was doing. He was so professional that we couldn't even tell that he was in the house. Really really happy with everything, thank you so much Dean.
Passmore recently completed a ground floor extension with wheelchair access as part of adaptation works for our son. We are really happy with the work completed, having read the other reviews we should have expected the same experience. Many thanks to Tony (Project manager), Andrie (Builder/landscaper), John (groundworks), John (joiner), Chris (Plasterer), Craig (Electrician).The work has ran for approximately 2 1/2 months and concluded smoothly within the 12 week timeframe.Tony was upfront and honest in our interactions, with a little bit of humour thrown in he set clear expectations about how the team operate and was easy to work with in discussing plans and ongoing schedules. We wanted to be around when the work was happening and importantly he was contactable when we needed to talk and schedule work activity.Andrie has spent the most time on site, is proud of his work and achieving a high quality finish. He arrived promptly each day and worked consistently hard at each stage of the build from the foundations up to the roof as well as laying out the perfect patio for us. If there were any decisions to be made he considered options and consulted us and made sure that we had agreed the best solution before implementing. As a result we have an extension that externally fits with the existing house perfectly. The team all came in and efficiently got on with their work with minimal disruption to our hectic family life. Craig is the most diligent and clean electrician that we have come across, and with John, Chris and the decorators left us with a very smart internal finish. We're truly grateful for your efforts and input to our home, the extension looks great but more importantly gives our son a larger space to live in as well as easy access to be able to enjoy the garden. Before we started our bathroom project, we decided it was important that it was done to a high standard and that I wouldn’t be running around sorting plumbers, tilers and electricians. We both work long hours and previous experience has been rough. Lots of research led us to Passmore. They were fabulous from start to finish. Not as expensive as I expected them to be, and with hind sight worth every penny. Design process was painless with ideas we would never have thought of, plenty of measurements and surveys done so surprises were limited during the work. There were issues during the work but our fitter, Lewis, sorted everything with no issue at all. We had two visits, or rather Lewis did, to check progress and make sure both he and we were happy. Lewis was outstanding in his work. Clean and tidy throughout, friendly, hardworking, fixed everything that caused a challenge without any “come look at this” or “who put this in” nonsense. Highly recommend this company.
It's been the best service from the get go! We had a new shower installed and soem work in the kitchen so not major reno but was still given the best customer service from Passmore's entire team. Julie contacted me after my initial enquiry and she is absolutely wonderful, she accomodated her visits according to my availability and expedited work as I am in my third trimester and soon to pop a baby. She is lovely and always prompt to respond to my queries. Rob then came for a secondary insepction once I accepted the quote and the work started exactly when promsied.Martin then arrived on the day allocated for the work and he works like a machine, completed the work well before time. Very professional and protected all the surfaces taking care not to cause any damage to our property. He was very pleasant and works really hard.Overall everyone involved went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience and the job was well done!!Kudos to everyone in the team and thank you very much for everything.Sindhoora & Ben
My mum an elderly lady had a wet room installed by Passmore Brothers. The work was at a very high standard from start to end. Fitter Emil gutted the full bathroom on his own. He installed a wet room, flooring, tiling, sink and toilet.The bathroom took 10 days, he was punctual and very hardworking. He was very tidy and organised. He cleaned up each day before leaving.There was a language barrier as my mum didn't speak English but he was very empathetic and considerate.Thank you Emil for being so kind and leaving the bathroom spotless after the job was done.
From the first consultation to the final fitting touches, the service has been exceptional. The bathroom fitter Chris was very courteous and professional and made me feel at ease during the whole installation process. The quality of the products excellent. Thank you.

After meeting several suppliers we decided to select Passmore Group for our bathroom renovation project. We knew that it was likely to include some tricky plumbing work in our old house and was further complicated by the necessity to complete a bathroom refit in a separate tenanted property within a very tight and specific 2 week window. We opted for Passmore although they were more expensive as they would manage all tradesmen and the whole project from design to completion. The project included 2 house bathrooms (different sites) an en-suite and a downstairs toilet and cloakroom. The designer was attentive and patient during the design process until we were entirely satisfied, coming up with an innovative solution for us to retain a bath but add a walk in shower in our long and narrow house bathroom. Designs were meticulously checked by the quantity surveyor and amendments discussed and agreed. The fitter was not only expert and very hard-working but a dream to have on-site for the best part of 3 months! We couldn’t speak more highly of him. Although we had to wait a little from the originally suggested start date, it was a rational and agreed delay based on the availability of the skill requirements for the job. 3 months post completion, we are extremely happy with the result as are all our guests who have used our beautifully modern facilities!
Passmore Building Department recently did a Extension on my Property building us a wetroom. Firstly I would like to thank all the hard workers for their amazing work on this build. Big thankyou to the whole team - Tony, Marshall, Olly, John, Chris (plasterer) and Chris ( sparky ) for everything they have done. I couldnt of met a better group of workmen. They was here daily, very prompt, always arrived bright and early and didn't waste no time to get on with the work. Everyone was polite, I was able to freely talk to them and if i had any questions or concerns, they was always dealt with. Thankyou for making me feel comfortable and at ease while you was working in my property. Everything was communicated to me throughout the whole process of what was going to be done on each day and the work was completed in the dedicated time frame they had given me even with some breaks. And WOW, the end result is just amazing, everytime I walk in the wetroom I just smile. They really did cover all angles and nothing was missed. I can't actually express how grateful I am to passmore building department for they're marvellous work. They succeeded my expectations. I'm one happy lady indeed and it was only right to give them the recognition they deserve. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting work done :) Thankyou again
