Led by The Passmore Brothers this group employ staff & work force of the highest quality. The job they carried out for me was to renovate my bathroom & fit a walk in shower. In fact they gutted the whole bathroom and renewed everything including full tiling and new fans & flooring.I have to single out my fitter, Vitalie for special praise for his exceptional skills who carried out all the work entirely on his own. Not only did he produce a first class job, he showed compassion to my health needs. He is the most tidy workman I have ever employed and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was good company and I actually missed his daily presence upon completion.Finally I have nothing but high praise for the group & highly recommend Passmore to transform your home without breaking the bank. As a former self employed highly skilled tradesman I know the difference between quality work and bad workmanship & Passmore certainly fit in the high quality category. It has been a privilege to write this review so I have to close with a great big THANK YOU for an exceptional service to all concerned from day one to completion.Danny Noble
A few years ago Passmores installed our bathroom with which we were delighted and indeed still are.Over the last 12 months or so we decided to have a new kitchen and called upon the expertise of Passmores again. Julie was full of ideas, visited us and chatted with my wife over what she would like and very efficiently translated all that into a design with which we were delighted. Nigel advised us on a new heating/water system which would best suit our purposes. Throughout this initial discussion and negotiation there wasn’t a hint of being pushed or rushed. The knowledge and experience of these two people was immediately apparent.Every tradesman who set foot on our property was a delight to deal with, professional, timely, hardworking and above all understanding that they were in our HOME. They were all tidy and swept up at the end of the day.Jason and Dave Pearson soon had the old kitchen out and the wall removed. Connor and Ryan had the old boiler and tanks out, sorted out the pipework and the new boiler in within a day! James the electrician had the rewire sorted and new lighting systems planned, Dave (yes, another Dave!) the plasterer was impressive on his stilts.We have to thank Dave Pearson who for the vast amount of time he laboured installing our new kitchen, dining room roof and Velux. He planned every action, measured and re-measured to the extent his accuracy, neatness, experience and attention to detail plus his many ideas proffered were exemplary. He lay the flooring in a herringbone pattern which took time and it looks absolutely fabulous. His creative abilities in joinery in awkward areas is amazing along with his beautiful mitres which have been commented upon by our friends.And finally, the whole project was managed by Rob who called in both at home from time to time, communication was excellent and any queries we raised (a handful) were dealt with promptly and professionally.If only every company could mirror Passmores.
This company were retained to make changes to our bathroom and widening two oak doors, following my wife's fall resulting in spinal injuries, thereby becoming paraplegic.The work was carried out to a high standard by Chris Black who, when it became apparent that there were no lintels, he Immediately sourced concrete lintols and installed them to our relief. In respect to the bathroom,the finishing is first class. The only comment was that the whole floor did not fall slightly to the shower area, due to the retention of our WC which controlled the levels. It was a good relationship working with Chris.When we discovered rotting timbers in part of the floor and the adjoining partition, Chris made a good job of repairing both without reference, again to our relief. Altogether a great combination of skills.
Had my kitchen completely ripped out, plumbing and electrics relocated, partial replastering, and units and flooring installed. Julie did a great job of the design, Rob managed the project efficiently and Craig's workmanship and level of detail was very high.
Second time of using passmore and it won’t be the last timeThis time we had the ensuit designed and fitted after we already had the under stairs toilet fitted Can’t recommend passmore enough from design with Simon to visiting the show room then having the fitters come and do the job this time for the ensuit we had Ben who was fantastic very nice guy and did a great job all the staff at passmore have been fantastic really nice and helpful We will be asking passmore to come back in the future to do the master bathroom and requesting Ben again
Recently purchased a new kitchen from Passmore at Leeds. The whole experience, from the initial sales process with Julie, through to the expert fitting from skilled craftsmen Andy & Sam, was smooth and professional.
