Disappointing experience with file recovery software

I purchased file recovery software that has not worked for me. On the first attempt, all the necessary files were present but corrupted. After that, they vanished and I couldn't find them. I've requested a refund multiple times, but all I've received is troubleshooting assistance that hasn't helped. This is a frustrating experience with the company. I recommend staying away!

Avoid this company at all costs!

I purchased a data recovery software from a company, but it has not worked for me. Initially, all the files I needed were visible but corrupted. I felt cheated by this company

I bought data recovery software from a company through an online payment service. They promised a 7-day refund policy. After trying it, I realized it wasn't suitable for me, so I requested a refund. Instead, they bombarded me with questions. I filed a complaint with the payment service, but they refunded me less than what I initially paid. I would never purchase anything from this company again.

Avoid this app for iPhone!

The app can no longer maintain a modified location on iPhones. After a few minutes, it reverts to the actual location. The support team has been unhelpful, bargaining over a small refund for a week. They don't read my messages and refuse to issue a refund, claiming I 'don't cooperate.' I followed all their instructions precisely, yet nothing worked. They admit the new iOS update is the issue but won't refund me. I am exhausted from repeating myself over and over for a week. I demand a refund as they have not provided the promised service, yet they continue to negotiate with me. It's a frustrating experience, and I feel disrespected. I've done everything they asked, but their app still fails. They ignore my messages and keep insisting I cooperate. Since I have no results, I demand my refund, but they refuse. I urge them to either fix the issue or refund me. They offered a 30% refund, which is humiliating for a tech company. Do not trust them with your iPhone data!

Reiboot is a scam!

The recovery mode on my iPhone 13 keeps reappearing, making my phone unusable. The company advertises that its software, Reiboot, fixes over 150 issues, but it's a scam! It merely uses Apple's iTunes to update the firmware while hoping it resolves the problem. Since the recovery mode prevents iTunes from working, my iPhone's issue remains unresolved. I also bought another software from a different company that claims to fix similar problems, but it failed as well. I seriously doubt the integrity of these companies. Don't waste your money!

Terrible product and worse service

The product is terrible, and the customer service is even worse. I spent a significant amount on a product that was supposed to enhance photo clarity, but it ruined my images instead. They offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, but I received only rude and threatening responses when I sought help. Avoid these dishonest sellers!

Unfair treatment

I purchased a product from this company with a one-year subscription. I don't speak English well, so I used a translator. After a year, I was charged $47 automatically, which is excessive, and I no longer need the product. I contacted support, but they refused to refund my money. I don't understand why companies operate this way, prioritizing their profits over customer satisfaction. I was left without funds after being charged for a product I didn't use, and I believe they should show understanding in such cases.
