This company was perfect that is until they started to use EVRI to deliver, EVRI hold on to the parcels you will wait weeks and weeks and you will be out of the use of your money as you wait weeks on a refund, save yourselves the hassle don't bother with PAVERS as long as they use EVRI, WHY did PAVERS STOP USING ROYAL MAIL, BIG MISTAKE
This is for two orders to the Chatham outlet. The first was fine and the system worked well within 4days of order. But if I had not chased and phoned the branch I would still be waiting for the automatic system which failed to let me know the second was in store ready for collection.
Another excellent visit to Pavers , the shoe retailer you can trust. My wife wanted a new pair of sketchers and we were given every assistance and good advice from the lovely Julie H . Thank you Julie H and thank you once again Pavers.
Ordered then it took 11 days to arrive at the shop for collection. Lots of places do next day delivery therefore this is far too long!Ordered on 9th Nov, shop e mailed me on 20thNov. Actually product (boots) are fabulous which I collected today. Shame about the time limit. Doubt I will order on line again
