I ordered an item online, item was too big. I rang the Scarborough shop to enquire if I could return the item there. I spoke with the manager, he confirmed that I could. When I went into the shop, he couldn’t have been any more pleasant. I found a replacement item in store, and purchased it. What a lovely chap!!😊😊
