www payback-law com have been brilliant - weekly calls with updates. My account manager Maya is so helpful, always gets back to me. Never had a problem with this company. Extremely proactive. Make sure you are using the genuine Payback company - they call you back, regular updates, just fantastic😁Warning there is a fake payback company, who will not get back to you. Make sure you are using the correct webpage.
It’s been almost a year since I signed up with payback, they sounded professional at first and very responsive. They provided me with a few letters to send to the organization which I got scammed through and when that did not work out payback asked me to send 1 more letter to escalate which also was rejected. And when I informed payback about the rejections that’s where they stopped responding. It was like they tried with these letters but that’s all they could do, and when you complain they just ignore you.It has been over 2 months now that they are not responding to my emails.Basically they are very limited and there is very little they can do, they have no magic way of getting your funds back.

I was contacted by this company at the beginning of the year following an online scam suffered in December 2023.I was recently contacted by email, where it was confirmed that a sum of money was "secured" and that I will be able to recover it if I install Tronlink on my phone.Tronlink is a rather dubious application and in addition they were not able to specify what amount it is... You can draw your own conclusions.Plus that, I have asked how can I get my money back... No answer. Personally I'm I'm convinced that return of money it's impossible from scamers.Today 26/06/2024, I can confirm that this is a scam. Details :*after creating that wallet, and after importing the link, I found myself with an enormous amount in that "wallet" that did not belong to me.. I asked for details and was told that there is no problem.I became suspicious, but wanted to see how far the scam was going, and asked to be told how I could withdraw the money...Immediately by email I received some documents where the payment note was sent to me.. 0.5% of the additional amount due from my account. I then said that I will pay it from the TronLink account and that there is no need to make the payment again.And then... That's it, the chat has miraculously been deactivated!
Such a trash company with trash people. They only want your payment in advance and after months of sending letters with no sense the keep the game. At the same time they are selling your data in the dark web. The worst you can do is to trust them. I already reported them to the local police.
I have been working with Payback LTD for over a year now. All they do is tell me to keep sending emails and nothing has been done. I try to reach out and no one replies. This has been a waste of my time and money and If you are debating to work with them, PLEASE choose a different company. I have ZERO faith In them recovering any funds. Do your homework and don’t be fooled.
