The company really did well with their approach to the case and it yield a good result. But what i would like to chip in is that your charges are very high and I will suggest you do something about the recovery fee because we pay service fee before the process starts. Thank you.
I am more that satisfied with the effort this company has done for me and the employee that is looking after my case is absolutely amazing I realize it costs to have this investigation done but it is a lot better than losing all my money Thank you
I would highly recommend Payback to anyone who has been unfortunate enough to lose money through a scam or fraudulent company as I have. It was without doubt the most stressful time of my life having lost €23,500 which was all the savings I had at the time. I got in contact with Payback and was assigned a wonderful Case Manager, Amy who immediately took charge of my case. I honestly thought that all was lost but she had great empathy and reassurance that Payback would recoup all my lost savings for me. From the start she was very understanding and explained very clearly to me the whole process involved to me building up a great trustworthy business relationship with me. She has been highly efficient keeping me updated every week and Payback have been thoroughly professional in helping me so far to recoup a large proportion of my lost savings and I am assured that I will recoup the remainder in the coming months and I have full confidence and total trust in them that I will. Payback have been very supportive and done exactly what they said they would. It's been quite a long journey, which is actually still on-going. I didn't think we stood a chance in hell of getting any of our money back but Payback persevered and have currently managed to get half our money back and are continuing to fight for the remainder on our behalf.
