I hired them to get 1600€ back I lost in a crypto scam.They first ask you to pay a moderate amount of money upfront and tell you, that you don't have to pay more money, but just have to reward you with 10% of the refunded money.You will get an email with a document you should forward to your bank, which is rediculous, becaus your bank has definitely not done anything wrong, you did all of it. Then they fake some progress. After a while someone of them contacts you telling you, he has overtaken your case, and again wants to start by blaming your bank. This will repeat on and on.After a while someone contacts you, pretending he is from payback and tells you, that they recovered your money. But he wants to trick you in sending more money so you can get the refund.Either the fake company that pretends to be payback is payback itself or payback is selling your case details to other scammers.As others have already written in their reviews, the chance to get your money back from a crypto scam is very low. So don't give anything about the success strorys they tell you, they are all just a lie.
Payback creates letters for you to send to different institutions. They only know paperwork processes but does not provide a resolution.My case started in 2020 and was passed to different case managers without any luck. Sadly after you are scammed, you expect to be helped but I don't think they really helped with my case, they just wrote letters with law lingo.I never got my money back, I never got a resolution.Everything started with sending letters to the bank, then the cryptocurrency manager like Binance and where you buy your currency like Coinmama.Then where the scammers have their website with like Tucows, you need to get subpoena from the court or they police officers need to get involved and go to a website.They are good to track and write letter but not to have a resolution and you recover your money.
guys be aware you feel scammed for the second time, i got scammed june of 2022and i called them mid june, i was told it will be quick because it’s so fresh case, now june 2024 the last time someone contacted me was september of 2023no one replied to my calls and emails, they will change your case manager every couple months there is only scenario in my mindthey were looking to got the 10.000$ and the ghost me and go to another customeror they really were successfully get the money from the scammer and the put it in their pocket both Scenarios bad for me
I contacted Payback ltd. In mid May 2023 after I was scammed out of a substancial sum of money. I kept all receipts and texts and as much information as I could gather. Gil asigned Aylin as my case manager and she knew exactly what action to take. Sure enough the money was restored to my account. Got scammed by Sina.pradoz.com in March 2021 for all my life savings.Paid this company 10% of my losses to recover my fundsHere we are October 2nd 2023 and ZERO recovered and they lose interest after a while.Also there is an individual claiming to represent payback-ltd trying to scam me today. Are they in collusion and pass on sensitive information that will rub salt into the wounds??? Luckily my bank intervened.The scammers knew far too much information about me and the company that scammed me in March 2021It was a very intimidating experience.We are now in December and still no correspondece from these individuals in IsraelAlso no sign of any retreival of my funds ZERO!!!Still waiting for any positive correspondence
