I have been dealing with payback over a year now. I have been assigned with few case managers. I think Ms Ziva Bilson is the best case manager. She gave you quite responds as you needed her. She and her team tried their best to work on your behalf.
Raphael was allocated to my account due to changes and to manage same more diligently. I am just so impressed with his approach to the requirements, his applied deliverance is par excellent and his time management unmatched. To top it off, Raphael is caring and extremely knowledgeable . I am honoured to Know Raphael and very hopeful my situation will come a speedy conclusion.
I paid them on 30 April 2021 6.664,88 €. They kept in touch for a while changing correspondent very often. Then nothing. I tried by mail to get back in touch with them but NOTHING. I have been contacted by companies with the same name (without the Ltd) pretending to have my funds; Just another SCAM

All positive reviews are fake, don't trust and get scammed again.They run their business with different names, never ever you can recover your money. Don't get scammed again. If at all u want to try, don't pay any amount upfront. Ask for impersonal meet. You will see they will escape in no time.
Totally a scam don't trust them with your information they will sell it to other scammers it's already 3 years that I paid 1600Euro to them and still didn't have any money back it's like all the scammers of the world are calling me now
I have been with payback for a year . I lost over 200k and paid 20k to them out of desperation to recover my funds . They are sympathetic and professional and yes they do try to help u recover by crypto tracing and writing letters to the crypto boards etc. Sadly , I am beginning to lose faith that any funds can be recovered . Communication with them has died down also and recently their emails have bounced back and their main site seized by the FBI. Will write more to update once I hear back from them. But I do hope that I ain’t just buying hope for something that can’t be recovered
