i have tried to chat with you multiple times. and your agents seems to be online only when i am no longer available. plus you dont mention any wait time or queue info. people cant wait forever for someone to reply. and you end the chat if noone responds to you. even if i left my concern your agents didnt even try to answer it
The customer service on this app is a real garbage, I don't really feel that they want to assist their customers. they always rush to end the conversation and not giving assurance to the customers. And most of the time they are not available. This is the most infuriating customer Services experience I had
Good day to All!I would like to share my pay maya experience .I have openned a pay maya account 6 month ago. At the beginning it was amazing experience, so good customer service, which always try to give you a proper advice. But after when platform started to be popular in Philippines, stuffs are getting worse. For example, I always transfer money to maya wallet from my bank acvount in order to pay bills and mostly of my daily expenses. I gained in maya savings interest 10% on September. Later on, I have deposit in maya savings 100k to have annually above mentioned intetest. But today it dropped until 3.5% like I just opened account. I talked with customer support. 15 up minutes I waited them reply and I was informed tgat each new month interest will be reset to gain more, please follow the instruction how to gain more interest, of course by shopping. Support reply is taking so long and mostly of time they they suggest to rize a ticket. In chat they send you links to read and try to get rid of you asap. So, If you'll use maya for payments: bills, stuff, its okay. But don't try always use it in order to accumulate savings interest, each new month all your affords will reset to 3.5% at savings. Full disappointed, only immagine savings interest dropped from 10% to 3.5%. It's good for payments but not for savings !

I just called this bank today.I provided all the necessary account to verify my account. CS asked about the estimated value left and I could only provide an estimate of what amount I remember. CS said I must provide the correct value otherwise they couldn’t help.For peace of mind, take your money to other digital banks. Horrendous customer service and their technology suck big time—the password reset link expires as soon as you request it.
Maya is THE WORST!!!!! Do not ever ever open an account here, they will just steal your money and will not answer your inquiries via chat, calls and email. This company is crazy! I transferred a certain amount from my GoTyme bank to my Maya savings, it is available on the transaction but is not appearing on my available balance. No one will answer my call, my email and my chat. I switched from gcash to maya but this is waaaaaay worst, at least gcash has a human chat support and email support compared to this stupid app!
