My god paymaya when will u open my account its been 2 weeks and 1 day.,and no news from your company,let me say this directly on your face when gcash had issues in my money before they were able to return it in 3 days I dont know what is wrong with ur system please take care of ur clients that is a suggestion😏😏😏
Maya customer service agents are the worst... they give you different information on your concern and in the end they will blame you.. customer service agent in Maya are unprofessional, does not know the TRUE meaning of customer serviceSupervisors on duty are NOT DOING their job. They cant even handle an irate caller.
I hate writing negative reviews, and in fact, this may be my first, but I have got to say something! I agree with a lot of people on here already and that is:PAYMAYA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!! BY FAR!!!I needed one simple thing done. My phone number changed so I needed to change the number registered to my account. So simple right?! Should be, but you would be WRONG for these guys!!I have been trying to get this done for over 3 months and probably 50 emails messages. I do everything they tell me, I submit my passport and the appropriate form(s) and then...1) They just STOP RESPONDING altogether!!-OR-2) They come up with an additional task (like take a picture holding your passport), which I do! Or give me a ridiculous reason why they can't help me... THEN THEY STOP RESPONDING ALTOGETHER!!I mean COME ON?! To me, the customer, it feels like their goal is to do whatever is in their power to NOT HELP you!!! Honestly, it feels like they don't care about their customers.I've created so many tickets, I know they are going to ask for a previous case number so I purposely let them know my case number right away... and they STILL ASK FOR MY CASE NUMBER! Like they didn't even bother to read the email! It's in BOLD, Large font, Highlighted in the middle of the email… you can't miss it! I mean, it's insane!I am not exaggerating when I say again, this is the WORST Customer Service I have ever received in my entire life!! I wish I could show you a screen shot of all the emails for this one little simple issue to still not get resolved!
I have an issue about my lost simcard and i completed all the documents needed in changing to new number . I have already called the maya support customer service. They said reassignment of new number was done but until now i wasn’t able to log in. Im trying to call them again but nobody will answer
Paymaya or Maya or Maya is everything is the worse digital banking company by far! Your rebranding is useless. Total headache. Spare your energy by withdrawing all your money and avoid using it. A total scam. They couldn't resolve an easy issue for more than 30 days. CS no answer, email no answer, socmed no answer. I need my money please return it to me! I just need to access my freakin account wherein I changed my registered number. It prompted a verification id request prior to logging in with the instructions to call CS to request for a lift due to the fact that I am verified user already. After changing my number I never accesses my account. And they never assisted me in any way. Waste of money for i am calling abroad. I WILL REPORT THEM TO BSP. My uncle works there
