The slogan "ordered before 6 PM, delivered tomorrow" turned out to be quite broad. I placed an order, and 5 days later, still hadn't shipped. After contacting them by email, I was assured that shipping would take between 1 and 8 days. This set off alarm bells. After visiting the website, which contains many categories but little to no selection, I looked up the address. It turned out not to be a store, but a business center with several sub-businesses. The address of the registered office also turned out to be nothing more than an office building. I suspect this is more of a drop-shipping operation. I eventually canceled the order, which they initially made difficult, but after clearly stating that I would exercise my right of return, the confirmation finally arrived. Now I'll have to wait and see how long it takes. My advice is to avoid this webshop; the prices are lures.

It took one month to get my product. customer service was professional, reassuring about the legitimity of PC man.I received my Nest thermostat wrapped in a sneaker shoebox. Not professional at all And btw Post NL sucks. 4 different delivery dates, none was correct. Pack trown in the entrance.
* Adjusted* Original rating was 3/5 however due to the clear response from PC Man I have adjusted.The original rating was because the product was much cheaper than competitors, however on the website it said order by 6pm delivered next day. But was delivered 6 days later. The reply from PC Man clearly explains how this happened.
On November 5, 2025, I paid for a Google Nest Learning Slimme Thermostat V3 with Heatlink Silver - Tweedehands at this store (order ORD12130) for €139.99.A month later, I still haven't received it. After emailing, I received a reply saying they would send it that same week. Today is January 13, 2026, and I still haven't received my order!I conclude that this is not a legitimate store!
