If I could give it no stars I would! Signed up to use the free trial for one file.. that’s all I needed. After the one file conversion was done, I went into setting to make sure that I cancel so that I’m not charged.. to my surprise, no information was there, the site stated that my account would be set up shortly. It displayed nothing! Of course next day they charge me $70.11 no heads up nothing! I reached out to their support and this is what they sent me!

SCAM ALERT: Misleading $49 charge after a "trial" Avoid pdf-space.com at all costs! They lure you in with a cheap trial for a single PDF conversion and then secretly charge your card $49 for a monthly subscription without any clear warning. When I contacted their support, they only canceled my access but refused to refund my money. This is a predatory business practice. I am currently initiating a chargeback through my bank. Do not trust this site!
Stay away from this scam service. After a failed one-day trial period where nothing worked, they charged me almost $50. After requesting and eventually demanding a refund due to the service not working and as a formal complaint, they flat-out refused.
I wanted to convert one image from this website, pdf.space is the same one. They say that 1 day is free for conversations, there is no terms, checkbox anything to understand that they will charge me 49 usd monthly. Very disappointed!
The account they created for me which is with an email that I don't own, it's very similar with mine but misspelled offered 3 days trial without any possibility to cancel the subscription or remove my card details because "the account wasn't finished". They charged me today 20$ and when I contacted them they don't offer refunds... Their site is very messy, hard to navigate and all... If I knew I would had cancelled and reissued a new card before they did their dirty work... Always use Revolut temporary cards for disgusting thieves like this.
I was charged for a subscription without my consent. I only paid $0.50 for a one-time document service.I received no email notification, canceled within 24 hours, but the refund was refused.This has caused me financial difficulties, as the money is important for my living expenses.
pdf space will charge you $0.50 for a page then before you know it, you have a debit order for $49 that you didnt even consent to. when you contact them, they will tell you that they sent an email with all the details regarding pricing and subscription. the only email you receive is after money has been deducted from your account. stay away from this site. they are pure evil. taking even your last money, they dont care
