Super harsh on my skin. I got many small samples after visiting their spa and after I used these samples my face became super red and spotty. I switched back to my other regular products the red blotches went away. so I would say no, I would not use these products again.
I love the gel cleasner everything comes quick I just want crazy with buying a lot of stuff the didn't need but by the time I realized it it had been a month. So....I have stuff I'm not going to use and I can't even exchange for the green face cleanser that I do use
Have the Drying lotion and it’s good. Not good enough to zap away hormonal breakouts unless they have been popped (don’t pop them) but pesky little spots disappear after 2-3 days of using the lotion on them. Have a scrub from here too, now this, isn’t so good. If you have combination skin that is also sensitive this won’t be for you. Maybe use once a month not more. Recommended use is 2 times a week and that is too much, my skin feels raw and irritated, never mind visibly distressed. The plus side of this is it actually gets rid of about three layers of your skin at once. So if you have oily and thick skin this, I would think, is perfect for you. Keep in mind that “suitable for all skin types” is a lie- just ask any dermatologist.
I got some Mario Badescu products recently; drying lotion, silver powder, flower and tonic mask, enzyme cleansing gel, drying cream and rose water facial spray. I love them all! I get hormonal acne and suffer from an oily tzone that leads to blackheads! The drying lotion has worked at reducing red acne zits OVER NIGHT! Have to moisturise a lot more, as it’s made my skin a little dry in places, but if anything has just shown how weak my moisturiser was.. The facial mist is divine and leaves my skin fresh throughout the day (altho I cant say it does much else but smell nice?!). The silver powder I am not sure if I will continue to see a difference, but it has reduced my blackhead clogged nose pores after two uses! They’re lighter and lesser and I think overtime once I get the knack for using it I will love it more. The flower and tonic mask, I’m not sure if it made much difference, however using twice a week and hoping after a month it shows to have helped my oily blemish prone skin chill out a bit. I love using the drying cream in the day, although it pills with moisturiser, so have to wait inbetween layering and use last, so probably not going to work with make up- but I don’t really wear much if at all. The enzyme cleansing gel I had to google if I was using right as it doesn’t foam up or really even feel like it’s doing anything on my skin when I use it, however after my skin definitely feels tighter, cleaner and brighter. Overall I’m converted more or less to Mario badescu! I love the scents of the products and how they leave my skin feeling. A little more on the pricier side but so far so worth it! I think they should include how to use guides or let people know about their YouTube guides, as they really helped me know how to use each product to their full potential, without damaging my skin.
