Chris was super responsive and easy to deal with, the instructions were very clear, and my sunglasses were returned to me with new prescription lenses a week later. I very much appreciated such good service and I will definitely both use them again and recommend to friends. A great little company.
I've not used my favourite Prada glasses for ages as being held together with blu tack is not the best look. Found peep eyewear on google and was so pleased with the service - super quick, less than a week from sending to receiving the fixed glasses. You would never know they had been broken

Came across PEEP Eyewear by sheer chance, after my High St Chain quoted me an extortionate amount to purely Tint my lenses. I was a little hesitant sending my glasses in the post...I did and I had excellent customer experience from Chris & Jo through WhatsApp Chat.My Glasses arrived today in super fast time, and I'm so happy 😊. Can't wait for the sun to come out so I can happily wear my sunglasses 😎.Will definitely be using PEEP from now.Thanks guys x

I had the arm of my Gucci sunglasses repaired by Peep Eyewear, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. There was a slight issue when I first got them back—the arm was fixed perfectly, but there was a scratch on the lens. As soon as I let them know, they handled it so professionally and quickly.I spoke to Chris on the phone, and he was so helpful—it was really nice to be able to talk to someone directly and feel reassured that everything would be sorted. Peep sent me a free postage label to return them, and instead of just trying to fix the scratch, they went the extra mile by sourcing brand-new replacement lenses directly from Gucci. Once fitted, they sent my sunglasses straight back, good as new!The whole process was easy, their customer service was brilliant & the turn around time was really impressive too. I’d 100% recommend Peep to anyone looking for eyewear repairs & I’ll absolutely be using the service again. Thank you!
