Convenience, Rewards and Value for Money

Convenient to use, with great rewards tie-up with Krisflyer put in place. Exchange of online tickets with physical ones and experiences was easy and fuss-free. Offers good value for money too

Ease of booking & great variety of services

It started with searching for attractions, and I subsequently discovered more varieties of services, such as eSIM and airport transfers etc. I’m also part points chasers, and it does get tempting to make bookings with Pelago on additional miles weekend. From time to time, I do check for attractions and I find that it is easy to make bookings. I also find the notification through WhatsApp very helpful, so I’m receiving my bookings confirmation on the go.

The eSIM for Europe had some issues. It worked inconsistently. For some countries, it didn’t work at all.
