Good experience except one thing

Shipping was fast and it was wrap in gift wrap. The issue was that it was missing a cardboard seal that normally is in the box that seals the pen and also protects it during shipping. Confirmed with Montblanc it should have this. So I wish it had this to 1) protect the pen 2) ensure it’s brand new and sealed. Especially the pen is so expensive. CS explain they opened to register the pen. But still it’s part of the protection of the product because it’s a small pen and bounces around inside.
