Make Amazon Great Again But
Like most people have different problems

Pros are: Low prices, eg for general food items etc, they beat grocery store prices.

Free shipping depending on the size of the purchase, this increased to $99 to from $59 for the purchase amount.

Customer support has always been excellent, but when we replace the order , then order were not replaced why I need answer and it is very difficult to understand replaced or not and more time and more time and then product not replaced.

5 stars if this was back in 2019...but unfortunately we are not there
Amazon is drop shipping outlet for Chinese online stores. There are no quality products when it comes to furniture, mugs, bags, utensils, pens, toys, etc. You basically have the same product being sold by "different" companies. It is low quality stuff that is 3x price of what it sells for on the Chinese online site.

For me this is just a website filled with spam, unless you are targetting a specific product or brand. You cant peruse a general category due to the duplicate cheap stuff Given the good support and the history of once being a great online store .

Incomplete Order and Poor Service

I haven't received everything I ordered, and there is no delivery date provided. Additionally, the items were returned by the sender. Although I was refunded my money, the gift card I used has not been reimbursed. This experience feels very unprofessional. I recommend choosing another option for better peace of mind.

Disappointing Experience

Very disappointing! There was a 5-day delay, and in the end, the team seemed confused about my order's status. I was told, 'You should reorder since we have issued a refund,' even though I had repeatedly mentioned that I was fine with the refund and just wanted to ensure my order arrived on time.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I've been a customer for several years and generally had good experiences until now. On one hand, they offer a vast selection, quick delivery, and easy returns. However, delivery issues and poor customer service have become significant drawbacks. I reached out three times last month regarding a price difference on an item I ordered recently. Instead of providing a direct refund, they suggested I return the more expensive item and re-order the cheaper one, which seemed counterproductive. The delivery was mishandled, and when I requested a pick-up for a large item, they denied my request. Their standard response to issues is to issue a refund and suggest re-ordering, which only complicates matters further. While the customer service representatives are polite, they lack the authority to deviate from their scripts. This rigid approach is frustrating and does not serve customers well. I'm seriously reconsidering my future purchases. It's disheartening to see a once-great platform falter.

Extremely Disappointed with Delivery Service

I wish I could give negative stars. The logistics service at the local depot seems to be a scam. The driver has repeatedly falsified the delivery attempts, marking my order as 'attempted' while I was at home waiting. There were no calls, no ringing, and no one came to the door. It feels like he’s just pretending to attempt delivery due to laziness. To make matters worse, I reached out to the support team today to inform them of the issue. They assured me they would address it, but they did not follow through. The driver lied again soon after. The support is ineffective, the management seems oblivious, and the drivers are untrustworthy. I have canceled my order because I cannot accept this level of poor service. There is no excuse for this. I highly advise against using this service. It’s utterly disappointing.

Extremely Frustrated with Delivery Service

If negative stars were an option, I would choose them. The logistics service at the local depot seems to be a scam. The driver has marked my order as 'attempted' delivery three times while I waited at home. He never called or came to the door, clearly just faking attempts due to laziness. To make matters worse, I proactively contacted the support team today to alert them. They 'promised' to take action but failed to do so. The driver lied again right after my call. The support team is ineffective, management appears oblivious, and the drivers seem untrustworthy. I have canceled my order as I won't tolerate this level of poor service. This is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this service.

Time for Improvement

As a long-time user, I've seen both positives and negatives. Pros include low prices on items like vitamins and free shipping for larger orders. Customer support has typically been helpful with refunds and notifications. However, the quality of products has deteriorated significantly, especially with furniture and household items. Many items are essentially the same low-quality products sold by different sellers at inflated prices. It feels like a site filled with spam unless you're looking for something specific. The presence of fake reviews for subpar products adds to the frustration. Given the good support and my past positive experiences, I can't fully rate this as one star, even if it may deserve it.

Frustrating Order Experience

I placed an order for three items but had a frustrating experience. The order was split across two sellers, and while I received one item, the other two were lost in transit. The attempt to refund me with a gift certificate was inadequate, as it left me with only one item when I needed a full set. I would recommend avoiding this service altogether. Even if competitors are pricier, they seem more trustworthy.
