I like the lovely notes from them.This is the secvond time I am buying a pen. They sent the pens alright (on time with good packaging) but what really gets me every time is the lovely handwritten notes they include in the package. It has been such a joy buying from.
First time buying from penworld and they sent me a defective fountain pen, the TWSBI Eco. Skips and has hard starts despite having the proper angle, cleaned it before usage and saturating the feed. I emailed them and they said they will "forward it to TWSBI" whatever that means. I haven't had contact with them since, didn't even offer me a refund.Edit: They sent a refund without wanting me to send the pen back, saving everyone involved time, money and frustrations. I cannot say enough good things about Penworld, their customer service is indeed top of the world.
