Do not order from this company they are a scam!
Living in France I checked their address & it shows as the Netherlands so I went ahead & ordered 2 dresses that in the photos showed & described them as being linen & lined, when they arrived the quality was terrible, cheap man made fabrics & definitely not linen or lined!
After many fruitless emails to the company they stated that I would have to send them back to China at a cost of 40€ to receive a refund, they tried offering me a discounted refund of 30% of the total cost if I chose not to return them!
When I realised that I was getting no where with the company, I initiated a chargeback via my credit card & they took over the dispute for me thankfully.
I would not even give this company 1 star after dealings with them!

I wish I could give a zero star. First, the website presented itself like it’s a French or EU based company, the only reason I made a purchase. The hoodie I bought has a terrible quality, stitches were bad and one sleeve seems longer than the other. Their policy says they’d pay for return if the product is faulty after contacting the customer service but they insisted you cover the cost of return which by the way, is more expensive than the order. They offered a 30% refund which absolutely trash for something I would never wear. The return address is also the same for 3 other sites when I checked online. Avoid this site at all cost, they are a scam
BE CAREFUL FOR THESE SCAMMERS! they use our Instagram and Facebook photos of our handmade cardigans and sweaters to sell their own junk on their websites. It's made in China, junk that has absolutely nothing to do with our knits. We have been contacted several times about this problem by affected customers! The authentic brand is E WITH LOVEKnitwear handmade in Belgium
