Review Time
Same experience as other reviewers. The two shirts that I ordered were actually ok, but too big. Wanted to return them, offered 10% and then 20% to keep them, then found out had to return them to China at a cost of over £20.Website looks UK based with address and phone number but number unobtainable.I went back to my credit card company and they were excellent (M&S Credit card) and said I could claim all of the cash back via their 'chargeback claim' process.
Unfortunately must give 1 star to start a review. Perry do not deserve any stars. Two ladies tops ordered size large - when finally received 1 would hardly fit a 5 year old, the other not much bigger. Offered 10% discount, then 20%. Both rejected and referred them to web site statement that incorrect good would be replaced or receive full refund. Told that items would need to be returned to Hong Kong. No mention on web site. Referred to EU law which is not applicable in UK. UK registered address at Companies House is just a front. If, after all the negative reviews you still fall for this con, advise trading standards and see if you can reclaim from your credit card company.
Ordered a jacket for £100. It took a month to arrive and when it did it was a terribly cheap and crumpled piece of rubbish! Looking at other reviews, I won’t bother trying to get a refund but hope my review helps others avoid buying from this company. It’s already in the rubbish bin!
Scam, avoid. Ordered what looked like modern, on trend combat trousers, what came were a joke, not fit for a kids dressing up box. It would have been better just scamming me, rather than sending this utter garbage across the globe. Should have checked here first. Lesson learned. Awful, awful product. Let’s hope karma exists for people who operate this way.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Does not even deserve one star, but Trustpilot doesn't allow for none.Same experience as others have described. Shoddily made goods that barely resemble photographs and whilst they say returns are easy, they are impossible!
Lovely photos of item which does not resemble the item of clothing. Impossible to return item as they just keep sending the same email. Send photos, why do you want to return item, send photos, why do you want to return item. I feel that I have been scammed. Will not buy anything from this company again and would advise anyone else to avoid them.
the company sold to me under the pretense that is was a UK business very poor quality product arrived will only refund if i send back to China, the postage cost is more than the cost of the product Their UK phone number is fake
